Taco Tuesday is a very tasty midwestern take on beef tacos. I've lived in the southwest so I was a bit surprised by their... tacos... Now I'm sold on them, but I bring ground cayenne pepper to spice it up. Their website has a youtube video showing themmaking their pizza and tacos.
