As a trucker, I have never had this poor experience with burger King in truckstops. I first waited at Taco Bell with bunch of... people. In ten to fifteen minutes, I jump into the burger King isle and ordered number 2 burger. Yes it was faster than tacobell. As soon as I started eating this trash food, I realized how poor quality burger it was. The coke too was a mixture of cokeand water. I normally have a strong stomach even I eat ten green apples and prunes togather. But after this burger I felt like Ineeded to take chit as soon as possible. My stomach was not happy of this meal. Also the workers are so obese that it makes menot deal with them in a way. Imagine how beautiful and awesome it would if they had fit and healthy looking workers there.Instead they had very unhealthy and maybe sick workers. Do yourself a favor. Don't come here. Find another place to eat anddon't worry nothing bad happens to you if you don't eat next two hours or so. Read more
I honestly can see why they have very poor reviews. This place is unprofessional, rude, slow, and didn?t take pride in the... preparing the food. The burger had way to much LMA yo and ketchup on it that it was dripping everywhere. It took another 30minutes to get a refund. Don?t let me forget to mention that the fountain drinks are nasty and the machine is filthy. I removedthe part where the drinks actually dispenses and it had mold in it. My overall experience was good! The cashier and staff were very friendly?I was pleasantly surprised especially after reading the... reviews. My food was good, the only complaint was the fries had too much settlement stuck to them. They didn?t taste bad, I justthink the grease needed to be cleaned or changed. Wish I could give 0 stars. I went in to the TA to grab a quick bite these folks didn't even acknowledge that I was there to even... get to order any food. I would be understanding if they appeared to be slammed or understaffed. I saw no indication of either. Ayoung lady at the front just stood there avoiding eye contact until I walked away. If you would rather ignore a customer thantake an order maybe try another profession. Completely unacceptable. Read more
Food was made pretty quick and was hot and tasted great. BUT, I didn't know I was at an airport!? That's what it feels like with... these insane prices. $14 for a large combo burger meal. Read more
If I could this would be zero stars. We arrived at 9:52. I ordered a whopper jr meal, husband ordered a whopper meal. She asked... if he wanted a double because she had extra meat. Good thing he said yes because my burger looked like it was from lunch. Wasnot able to eat. Also they did not accept cash or honor any coupons either paper or from the Burger King app. Fries were hot andfresh but no salt. Went to a table to eat and in the middle of eating one of the employees actually started yelling out thelobby is closed. She expected us to pick up our food and leave in the middle of eating. Should be zero stars. We tried to go through the drive-thru around 1:45pm on a Saturday, but after waiting several minutes... without anyone taking our order, we drove up to the window. Workers could see us sitting there and ignored us. Went inside toorder and there were 3 ladies working. One decided to go on break despite several people waiting in line. One gal was takingorders, the other was making the food. Register worker would take one order, then wander off to the back for a few minutes,before coming back to take another order, then disappear again. The other worker making the food was moving as slowly as humanlypossible. They would not accept BK coupons. There were binders and junk scattered on the counter, entire place looked a mess. Read more
