Went in on 12/23 and got double charged on a debit card. Caseys in Earlville will not refund the charge and Corporate will not... answer a email and the bank can't do anything because it's not fraud. So don't use their card readers in the store. Read more
Bad service once or twice when in their facilities. Terrible gas. But good coffee and pizza.

Ordered 3 pizzas, 1 of the pizzas was given to a different family, who took it home, then returned it, they tried to give me... that pizza.. also they don't wear hair nets or even put there hair up. No regards for food sanitation. Read more
Great and friendly service. The gas is on the lower quality but the store is clean and serves great pizza
Many problems with service here. Last time I called lady was rude to me over the phone and then said my pizza would take an hour... to be done after hearing her using foul language in the background. Got there after waiting an hour then they tell me it’ll beanother 10 minutes. Happened twice there, also tried to call them the other day many times to place an order, phone line wasbusy for over an hour, walked in to buy a drink after I gave up on calling and no one was using the phone so I don’t see whyit would be busy for over an hour. Food is usually pretty good but if you’re looking for friendly quick service this would notbe the place ladies there are so rude! They don’t even say hi when you walk in or have a good day when you leave! So rude! Read more
