Quick service. Fat breakfast burritos, very hot! Had to cool them before handling and eating. Tortilla looked and tasted raw.

Dude what the heck. My mom and I were ordering drinks yesterday and I'm pretty sure my mom didn't do anything for the staff to... be provoked. When we got our drinks I was drinking mine and felt a debris in my mouth that wasn't ice so I spit it out to findits a crumb off some food. Decided to get another one from a different location so u dumped it out to find something resemblinga loogi at the bottom of my cup. This was literally unprovoked what the heck.... Read more

Early TX location. Been here 3 times now. I live in Brownwood but come here because the last time I was at the Brownwood... location it literally took an hour to get our food. The early location gets the food out quick and they so far are muchfriendlier. The 3 stars is because I just got home and found out my bacon double cheeseburger has no bacon. Yea mistakes happenbut there is a difference between saying for example no lettuce and getting lettuce as opposed to ordering something on themenu that is specific like a BACON double cheeseburger and not getting the bacon. Lol cmon man!!!. PS. no I don?t want to?escalate? so save that response. I?m just sayin man ordering a straight up bacon double cheeseburger shouldn?t be a headscratcher for the cook ???? Read more

I love the car-hops and the window staff. They are amazing. However, for some reason the cook team hasn't been able to get my... order right lately. Either I don't get something I ordered or the order itself is wrong. It seems like they aren't looking andthe order. I have ordered from this Sonic for years, but the last couple of months have been hit an miss with food orders. Justneed to look carefully at the food order tickets, please. Read more

The team here is pretty polite. I went here today though and they have employees wearing grey sweatpants... not exactly a great... look for a place serving food. I'll likely go somewhere else next time. Read more

Why am I still trying to hear back about my entire meal being hard and cold. I have been nice since the beginning of this but... after three phone calls? I pulled up during happy hour at 3 and order the tender dinner and the jumbo chicken. The chicken bothorders were tougher than a rock.
