Best BBQ I've found so far in St Charles!!!. I walked in the door and was treated like family from the start. The fun group of... customers just made dining even better. I give you the 'rench dip. With a side of very good seasoned fries, for under $14,taxes included. I don't think I've ever had a better brisket sandwich, in KC, Des Moines, or Memphis. This one is juicy,chopped beef brisket, perfectly seasoned and the right amount of fat, provolone cheese, on a lightly grilled hoagie bun, with aujus. This place is a hidden gem. The BBQ sauce is phenomenal, the Boat plate is the best buffet of everything they have. And you HAVE... to try the Hog Balls. They are absolutely phenomenal!!! I don't know what's in the sauce, but it's one of the best in the area. Read more
AMAZING!!! I have done a few deliveries from here and I decided to stop by for the first time and order. I am so glad that I... did! I got 2 regular brisket sandwiches and 1 regular pulled chicken sandwich. I also got an order of deep fried pickles!EVERYTHING WAS SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!! We placed a very large last minute takeout order for 40 people. Andy was so helpful guiding us in placing the order, perfectly... calculating how much meat and sides we needed. Everything was ready and perfectly packed when we arrived. Everyone reallyenjoyed the brisket, pork and chicken, their sauce was delicious and the sides (especially the fried corn and hush puppies) werea huge hit. This is a hole in the wall place in a strip center. The St Louis style ribs were good but for $30 expensive for this kind of... place. It was a nice place to go to once.
