Love this place. Service was good and Ryan is great but it's been closed for a minute.
Super slow, no lobby dinning, forgot my drink. But fish was cooked ok.
We stopped here after a long morning of errands & were "famished". We got a fish combo to split (2 pcs each), then added some... shrimp to it. We skipped any beverages, because they charge over $3.00 for a LG drink... that's more than what an entire 2Lbottle costs!! The food smelled so delicious once we got it into the car... we couldn't stand it. I opened up the box &created a little tartar dipping tray for my husband, and we both just about finished our pieces of fish by the time we got home.LOL. Not even sorry, either. Read more
Don't know what has happened here but the fish was not as good as it has been. We've eaten at this location several times in the... past month and the fish was really good. Not soggy fish. But today's order was greasy. Read more
Service was horrible! Line was long, but I was last car. Still told to pull forward. Had to insist on at least being handed... drinks that were right there. Not asked if needed any condiments or given time to request them. Window was immediately closed. Ordered kids meal, popcorn shrimp, with rootbeer to drink and a 2 pc catfish meal. As you can see from picture, should beconsidered 1 1/4 pc catfish meal. Looked as if a portion of fish fell off and not added into the to go container. Frenchfries were cold, coleslaw was okay but not much there. My tea was fine but the rootbeer was more ice than soda. For a 8 oz (?)drink there may have been 2 to 3 ounces of actual soda. Horrible portions now. You get fish sticks and little chicken nuggets the size of hush puppies. Still the same high prices... though. Long Johns is going to the same garbage. I guess I will make my own fish now. Read more
BEWARE!!! Certainly NOT fast food, and wouldn't necessarily even call it food! DO NOT ORDER THE CRAB CAKES if you dare to eat... here (check out the floppy, too spicy, yet somehow simultaneously bland and dripping in grease example photo) Extremely slowservice, food was cold when it finally arrived, prices are higher & portions much smaller than last time we visited, multipleexcuses for the various problems. We were understanding & friendly about it all, but did insist on a refund for the inedible"crab cakes". Still not sure that we actually received a refund. Our original credit card transaction was voided (supposedlycrediting back the original amount even though it says nowhere on the receipt about a refund). They then re-entered the orderwithout the crab cakes and had my husband pay cash. RETHINK GOING HERE! Try Long John Silvers a little ways down the street. Not sure if LJS is good, but ANY place MUST be better than this! What a disappointment! Read more
Ok, inflation is tough so I get that you need to save money. But? 1. No more self-serve drinks 2. No more self-serve sauces 3.... No more salt and pepper on the tables 4. Chicken is much more heavily breaded than before. And still $30 for two meals anddrinks?? Of course the drinks were $5 by themselves. We should have gotten water. At least the staff were doing theirbest. Speaking of that, please hire more staff. These folks are doing the best they can. Read more
