Fazoli's on Hwy 94 at Friedens in St.Charles Mo, is a very well run restaurant. It is clean, employees are courteous, and the... food is always delicious. Tonight Krystina took my order with a smile. She was friendly, kind, and professional. When shebrought my food to my table, she made sure everything was ok, and asked if I needed anything else. My thanks to Kristina for hergreat customer service and for a job well done. And thanks also to the other employees at this location for their alwaysoutstanding service as well. Read more

My trip to the Fazoli?s in St. Charles was amazing! From the service to the food, everything was perfect. Gennaya handled my... order in the drive-thru and she was both prompt and friendly with taking my order and helping answer questions about menu items.I also spoke with the manager, Kim and she was absolutely phenomenal and spoke so highly of her team. I had a bad experience here in the drive thru. I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes, nobody answered, then pulled up to the... window for another 7-ish minutes before Cameron helped me. I then waited 10 minutes for my food which was a average normal waittime, not too bad. However, I was on my way to work & left with 20 minutes to spare for food, but I spent the entire time in thedrive thru and didn?t even get to eat the food. I only took a couple bites, it was pretty normal. I called for a refund & themanager was very nice and considerate ( I didn?t get her name). I came back to the store for my refund and Cameron was veryapologetic. He told me that his mic must?ve been off when I came thru because he remembers answering me. Either way we agreed itwas a miscommunication, no big deal. I got a refund & Cameron gave me a free cake telling me how much he hopes I come back tothe store. Thanks !! Read more

The front counter person by the name of ?Yolanda D? has horrible manners. This is not the first time that I have experienced bad... service from this individual. I discussed the situation with the manager and he was very sympathetic and apologized for this socalled employee Yolanda?s bad behavior. Read more

We generally like fazoli's but this property needs some help. The carpet is worn and filthy with wear spots all over, paint on... the ceiling is bubbling from old water damage. Bathrooms are like a gas station. Didn't help that we were there nearly an hourwaiting for food. The cook was apparently new. The food itself was well prepared, and the woman that brought us our food wasreally really nice and gracious. Read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. There were maybe 3 other customers there when we arrived sitting at tables waiting for... food. We stood in front of the counter ready to order while a worker was standing there on his cell phone. We waited for him toeven look up and notice he had people waiting. Even after we ordered and our other family members were behind us, he went rightback to his phone and made them wait to order as well. Food took over 45 minutes to get to us and then people who were waitingat tables before we got there, even longer. One family member went to ask politely if there was an update on our order, and themanager was incredibly rude saying maybe she just wouldn?t bring our food out at all. It was basically an empty dining room.People from the drive thru were coming in asking for refunds after waiting so long. Completely unacceptable. We are prettyunderstanding vendors, but the behavior was awful. Read more

I would first like to say that the hours are incorrect, because I pulled in around 9:20 to pick up my online order and the doors... were locked. I had to stand and wait for an employee to come open the door, because they were just sitting at tables andtalking. I believe they only opened the door for me because one of their friends showed up behind me. So clearly the storecloses at 9PM, not 10PM. The frustrating part, however, was my order. The mozzarella skewers were fine. My issue is with theGluten Friendly Chicken Pesto Rotini I ordered. There was. . .no pesto. Don't get me wrong, I did ask for the chicken to betaken off and for the bacon to be added instead. But how do you forget to add pesto? How do you forget that crucial step? It'sliterally in the name of the item. I just don't get it, it's so baffling. I will not be returning to this location. First andlast time ordering there. Read more

Service was very welcoming ( please tip ). Pictured here is the Baked Italian Meatballs, I ate one prior to the photo. Soooo... good! Mozzarella and provolone mix, soooo good. And they toss in those melt-in-your-mouth bread sticks, soooo good! Restaurantwas kept very clean. Will be going back! Read more
