Everytime I stop here to get my grand son a happy meal there is always some kind of issue. Most days the order taker can't seem... to handle taking orders. There will be a line out onto the street. The order taker will take the order of car 1 and take that persons money before attempting to take the next order. Which causes a great backup. Avoid this location at all costs. Over the past six months they have gotten countless orders wrong and service is insanely slow.... First of all, stood at the register for 10 minutes and no one helped me but they glanced at me. I then used the kiosk, this... family walked in behind me and ordered as well. They soon got their food before me and then I started complaining. They finallygave us our food which one 3 cheeseburgers 3 fries and 3 drinks, super simple. They messed it up. Then when we finally got thecorrect order, we found hair in our fries and only gave us 2 cups. I do not recommend going here, it was very dirty as well. What in the hell happened to this McDonald's? Used to have good, abd quick service. Now you are lucky if you wait less than 15... minutes when you get to the speaker to order not counting the time you waited in line. Does no one oversee this location. Theylose countless orders as I see car after car drive away. If I hadn't ordered ahead this time I would do the same. Read more
Good food and service. Visited family here and we are from St. Louis and our locations don't offer salads or jalapeño burgers... or guava pies so we were pleasantly surprised! So much so, that we went back through again when leaving town! Friendly staff andaccuracy as well,which is nice to see these days. Looking forward to coming back when we visit here again. Thanks! After waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, the fish was barely warm, the bun was dried out and the fries must have... salted twice. Could not even eat them. The Hi C orange was the best part of my meal. What a waste of money. Read more
Drive thru wrapped completely around the building. The inside was quite busy also but decided to park and go inside. They had... all of the lobby doors locked, and it was 3 in the afternoon. No signs on the doors to explain why, none of the employeesassisted in anyway. A customer ended up coming and opening the door, so we could get inside. The employee/manager workingcounter looked agitated at the fact that we got inside. Once ordered and paid for, it then took a good 20-25 minutes for us toget our food. We ordered to go and was very very disappointed with the food we received, especially after such a long fiasco tobuy it. The big macs were barely warm, had very little anything on them, and our box of fries was old, cold, and hard. Not veryhappy with this experience at all! Read more
This location seems to always have the same issues no matter what is going on. You have to order at the kiosk cos the staff do... not stand at the register. They glance at you from time to time but do not ever apologize for the delay or advise you that"someone will be right with you". The manager stares at you but says nothing. I ordered 2 hamburgers and a large coke. I wasdining in. I waited 10mins and went up to the counter to find my 2 burgers just sitting there. I had a table tent but that mustbe just for decor. My burgers were just barely warm. I was so disappointed that I ate a few bites of each burger and threw themin the trash. This location has issues that need to be addressed. Read more
