I think this is the first bad review I?ve ever made. If I could give zero stars I would. The drive thru line was not very long,... and there were two people inside who had already ordered. My four year old and I had gone inside to eat before he had to go topreschool for a special breakfast. I stood waiting to order because there were no self order kiosks open. I heard a worker tellanother worker to go take my order after I had been standing there for several minutes. The two people waiting made the commentthat they had already seen the cars in the drive thru come and go, and they still didn?t have their food. I mad note of the carthat pulled into the drive thru at that point. I waited several more minutes and asked if anyone was going to take my order. Iwas ignored. I waited several more minutes and said ?If no one is going to take my order then we are going to have to leave.?The girl shouted at me that they were doing drive thru orders first, and I told her that the car that just left with their foodgot here after I did. She yelled, ?No they did not!? I am not okay being shouted and yelled at. Especially in front of my fouryear old. If you can?t personally take orders then open the self-order kiosks - that?s what they are there for. So, needless tosay, we left so that my son wouldn?t be late for school. I don't typically do one star reviews and I certainly don't expect much when it comes to McDonald's. I don't go there very... often. I was in between activities and wanted a snack so I thought I would run through the drive-thru for some french fries anda drink. Sat in the Drive-Thru for almost 20 minutes. That was annoying but not that big of a deal. Not sure what was happeningbut again I don't usually expect much. I ordered a medium french fry and a large Dr Pepper. My French fries when I finally gotthem were literally less than half full. No exaggeration. They were dumped in the bag and handed out the window to mehaphazardly. No apology for the delay. No customer service at all. I paid over $3 for a medium french fry and got half of anorder after waiting 22 minutes. I don't live in that area so I've never been to this particular McDonald's but it was quitefrankly probably the worst experience I've ever had in the Drive-Thru at a McDonald's. Read more
So uh they fixed the problem. There is no longer a wait in the drive through. So now your in the drive through for a couple of... minutes, and then you pull forward and sit there for twenty minutes waiting for your food. Of the 3 McDonald's we use this is hands down the worst. So slow and rarely friendly. I am sure they are short staffed but an... example, came at noon on Sunday and waited 10 minutes to order then had to wait another 15 for ONE Happy Meal!
