I purchased a cheese steak Philly with onions mayo and mushrooms a small fry and lemonade. There wasn't much meat on the... sandwich There was no meat when I got down to the last 3 bites and I ordered a small fry which was literally small that i had toorder another one in which I paid over $17 for my order before I added the second fry, so I paid over $20. I will never again Iwill stick to the one I've been going to, I just happened to go to the pet supplies plus store next door so it was convenient at the time. I hope the owner sees this.. Your night shift employees are closing down early and telling customers their system is down right... around 9:15, at times. It's upsetting. The restaurant is closed today 9:34 pm on a Friday, and they don't even look at you whileyou're reading the times on the front door. They know they're not supposed to be closed. It's not exactly all employees, it'smainly the two African American females that have a short tempered, and unkind attitude. Each time they are working, it's alwaysthat pattern. I will try to follow up with names. I spend on an average of $19 on my own, and $34 with my wife. I don't see whythe owner does not follow up with their employees behavior. If it continues, I will have to stop completely purchasing food atthis location and spend my money elsewhere, which I will surely miss, because I live in St Charles and love this place. I'mdoing it for the owner of this current location, because It's locally owned. Even if it's a franchise, a local person owns it,and I'm trying to show support to their business. If I could rate no stars I would . I haven?t been to Penn station in a very long time and because of the girl here at about 8 pm... I will not be back . Not only her the whole staff was more concerned with their own side conversations which included cursingwhile my young child was with me . She got my husband?s order but completely neglected to ring mine up so after waiting for 15minutes for our order we had to then order my food again . She got an attitude so we asked for our Receipts and ordered new food. She starts slamming things around and clicking her long fake nails every station she went went . She asked if we wantedketchup we said yes please and she proceeded to have an attitude and not give us any so we had to ask another employee for some. They were all talking about how they didn?t want to be there and that they were over it which doesn?t make me confident myfood will be prepared correctly.
