Second incident at this restaurant location. First was an over cooked hash brown (little if any white of the potato left) full... of oil. Today was a dried out, hard biscuit on a breakfast sandwich and two Danish pastries were tampered with inside the box. All through the drive through. Avoid this location. Read more

My wife went through the the drive thru this morning at 10:20am. to order us breakfast and of course, chocolate chip cookies.... She specifically asked the worker at the drive-thru order box if the cookies were fresh and hot. The employee said yes they wereso my wife ordered two three packs of them. The cookies are hard. They're not hot and they're nowhere near fresh. The reasonthat she asked if they were freshers because the last several times that we've gotten cookies from any McDonald's they seem likethey've been days old and they're crunchy and not edible. The worst I've ever been too. Self serve kiosks were down. My family of six were behind a group that turned and told me they had... already been waiting 15minutes at least. A few minutes went by and they left. We continued to wait a few more minutes. Myhusband asked an employee behind the counter if they could take our order, this employee said "yeah we will" Probably another 5minutes go by and nothing. People in line behind us left we were going to then someone came to take our order. The place wasfilthy, every single table was dirty, the fountain drink station was disgusting. Half empty and full cups just sitting out, lidseverywhere, no straws, the sweet tea was out, counters covered in soda. I had to use our baby wipes to clean off a table forus. Last 2 times I've been here I've had to clarify my order several times and it was still wrong. It used to not be that bad of a... McDonald's but at this point I'll not go back to pay 9 dollars for what used to be 6 dollars and it's the wrong food. I justwanted a couple of double cheeseburgers and a small fry ???? Read more
This store is owned by franchise named FF&G . Avoid them at all costs. Me and another customer stood at front counter for over... 15 minutes waiting for someone to take order. All self order kiosks were down. No excuse when you have 3 employees outsidesmoking and 2 people idle on food line. Talked to a employee outside who joked they had multiple health issues as well. Guessit's only a matter of time before they get shut down. Followup: Customer in front of me yelled obscenities and left afterwaiting he claims for 20minutes. I'm about to leave as well.
