It's unfortunate they were short-staffed and had to turn people away to close early. However, the new gentleman working was... patient, kind, and professional even though he was probably catching alot of heat. The food was fine. The service was fine. The app sucks. In particular, the app hides prices. You can't see them until you go... thru Checkout (after verifying to which location you want to go). To me the prices seem high, which is probably why the apphides them, but their food is good. I'd rate the food 5 stars but the 1 star app cancels it out for me. Ordered a #2. Half way through my meal I found a piece of white plastic that appeared to be torn from a bag in my burger. Threw... everything out. Absolutely the worst customer service experience in my life. We placed an app order. When we arrived and logged in it took over... 25 minutes to say that Sean was bringing our food. Another 10 minutes passed with no food. I went in to ask when it would beready. I was told that the order was just received. When it came out we got our 8 drinks with no cupholders (because they wereout), and my hotdog was burned AND cold. Not returning. Read more
Honestly, it's probably my own fault for continuing to order food from here every few months, but I believe in second chances,... and every time my order is messed up. This time, the only special request I had was no cheese on a steak butter baconcheeseburger-a promotional item they are currently offering. Not only did they ignore my request for no cheese, there wasn'teven steak butter on it! The burger was $6.79 before tax. Regular price. Nothing extra. I basically paid damn near $8 for adouble cheeseburger with bacon and mayo. I tried calling twice with no answer at 8pm...an hour before closing. The first timeI hung up after 3 minutes of listening to the phone ring. The second time I spent 5 minutes listening to the phone ring beforeI was disconnected. Who the hell is running this place, why can't they answer the phone, and why are we paying fast foodworkers $15/ hour to screw up orders this often? I want my money back. I can't even eat cheese so my $8 burger might as wellhave been a donation to these over-paid employees who can't read since i have to throw away my meal unless some homeless personis desperate for my leftovers. I've worked in fast food for many years prior to the job I currently have. Never have Iexperienced such poor customer service and ignorance. I'm sure nobody there cares though.
