The parking is horrible which we all know but the abuse from the clientele (that wonder why "no one wants to work" no less) that... the employees (who still show up!) endure is so much worse. Stay home if you are entitled, have a chip on your shoulder, cannotsay thank you be gracious, are impatient and rude. Hard working staff don't deserve that. Don't order curbside here. I waited for over 20 minutes. Then I went in to get my drink (and cake pop which they didnt even... have in stock but let me order online) and they had to remake it since it was watered down. Read more
This location used to be great for me, but for the last 5 months any drink I attempt to get from here tastes either rancid,... burnt, or like a combination of both. Their espresso tastes like cigarette butt water the majority of the time. Any otherlocations drinks taste GREAT, not sure what's happening at this location with ingredients but its so sad! Read more

This review is not a reflection of the employees at this location they are doing their best to provide quality service despite... the fact that Starbucks just doesn?t care that they are struggling. It?s been two weeks that mobile order has been turned offdue to ?staffing issues?. Starbucks needs to stop playing games and treat your employees like people. Staff was great. I stayed for a couple hours and did class there. I ended up dropping my coffee and they were very nice and got... me a new one. I lost my earbuds there after and they found them and kept them safe luckily. Read more
Always so put out to take orders and can I just say? wow like there isn?t already limited parking you allow an employee to take... up two of the limited spots lol and to say it is to be helpful and keep people from getting trapped in the space is a bull allof the spaces are the same case.
