Worker was unpleasant and just stared at me when I came up to order. He put tomato on even though I didn?t ask for it. He then... put on sweet onion teriyaki sauce but I told him I just wanted sweet onion. He quickly told me they were the same and wrapped upmy sandwich. I believed him and took my sandwich home to find they are not the same sauce. Read more

Been using this location for years as it?s close to home and has previously been the best one in town. Todays experience wasn?t... very pleasant. Tables and floors were dirty, items weren?t clean and stocked, cutting boards were off at 7 pm and the bar waslittered with previous sandwiches ingredients, I asked for sweet onion sauce and was given old teriyaki sauce out of a sweetonion sauce bottle, the tuna was soup like. Will add more after I?ve tasted it but I?m a little scared too. Lol Read more

Ordered online and picked up curbside with no issues and before the time promised. Employee was great. Only issue is the website... is wonky and even though this location allows folks inside to pickup, the app pushes it to another location when requesting togo inside and pickup order, making curbside the only choice. App gave a 25m wait for curbside despite the store being empty whenI got there 20m early. The app doesn't allow us to notify the staff we are there until 5m till pickup time. It also only givesvery basic info to employees upon order like color and size of car. So though I maybe there and match the color, they can't justassume it's me until checkin is allowed. Read more

The works on a Sunday we're not following procedures. Someone had handed back a sandwich they had taken bites from. The sandwich... didn't have tuna. They added the tuna without remaking the sandwich. Plus the counter wasn't wiped off. I tried calling but noone answered. Read more

If I could give no stare I would.. I visited this location today and from the beginning it was a bad experience. I stood in the... lobby for almost 5 mins before someone even came up front to help me. The girl that came up seemed new. She didn?t wash herhands before putting gloves on, was NOT wearing a mask. (but we are asked to wear them) I ordered an oven roasted chicken andshe placed the meat in the center of the flat bread. When she went to close it she couldn?t. Half my toppings feel out. Remindershe at the point wasn?t even wearing gloves while wrapping my sandwich. I paid for my stuff and had to remind her to give meeverything I ordered. The sanitation was an issue especially during these times. I would expect my local restaurant to beingtaking these measures seriously considering they are messing with food first hand. Needless to say my sandwich was thrown awayand I will not return. Read more

I don't normally write reviews for places but the experience I had at this Subway was more than exceptional. Me and my... girlfriend are visiting family from out of town and I wish this Subway was back home. I was treated with utmost respect andserved the best Subway sandwich that I think I've ever had. I thought they were all the same before I had this experience. I wasparticularly fond of one of the employees but regrettably can't remember his name as his treatment was what inspired thisreview. I believe it started with an L, like Leo or Lenny, but I could be completely wrong. I will definitely be stopping atthis Subway again before I leave St. Charles.
