Apparently when the manager feels they aren't "busy" they can close before they're supposed to which is 9pm. I'm not trying to... be that person but it was a last minute decision that my family wanted Subway. I got there around 8:45pm. Btw this review isfor the subway located in Walmart. Read more
Probably the worst customer service I?ve ever witnessed. First and foremost the worker didn?t know how much meat goes on a 12?... sandwich. I asked for 4 pieces of turkey instead of 8 and I was told it came with only 4 pieces, so the management really needsto train their employees on what goes on a sandwich and the amount. Second in the middle of making the sandwich the employeebegan to ring the order on the register and didn?t change her gloves when I asked her to change her gloves she rolled her eyesat me. Being a former subway employee i definitely think this place either needs new staff or a better training. Read more
I will never eat here. I went to order a sandwich. The manager came up after wiping down the register he didn?t wash his hands.... He grabbed one of the white papers that they make the sandwiches on with his bare hand and laid it on the counter. Then hepulled some used plastic gloves out of the pocket of his pants and put them on his hands. Just gross! I told him never mind,that I had changed my mind and no longer had the stomach to eat there. He is lucky that I wasn?t an inspector. Read more
