Seriously, always forgetting items for delivery and very rude manager who doesn?t care. I usually order the fettuccine Alfredo... and it is always super dry. I always order extra Alfredo sauce and literally 80% of the time you guys forget to put it in thebag -and I have I pay for it. I also usually order queso dip with extra queso dip because there?s very minimal in the order andthere?s also usually barely any chips that come with it. It?s very frustrating to order extra things to have a sufficient amountof food and pay for it and have it not consistently come with the order. I called the location to ask if I could come and getthe extra sauce to make my dinner edible and the manager Mitch was so rude, refused to let me speak, told me that the deliverycompany was responsible for what?s inside the bag and proceeded to laugh at me when I asked if I could grab it curbside since Ihave a disabled small child and didn?t want to come Into the restaurant. The waitress we ended up with was amazing. Confusion at the door with a new hire, but our experience turned out great. Took the... kids and ordered the alfredo and burgers. Everything hot and fresh. Waitress gave us the attention we needed and the restaurantwas clean. Atmosphere was great. This is one place where I like to come to because of the vibe. Read more

Me and my family came in to eat before we went to Mad world. We waited 15 minutes before the server came and asked what we... wanted to drink. We ordered our food and she forgot to ring in my little sisters ribs. She also would not bring drink refills toour table. While we were eating, another server came to the table behind us and was cleaning off the table and EATING the foodthe guests left at the table. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I am a bartender/server and this was the worstexperience at a restaurant. We will never be coming back. Read more

I haven't been to Applebee's in a long time, and I was pleasantly surprised by the menu and service. The menu was pretty large... with good-tasting alcoholic beverages, and the staff were all awesome! Andrew was a hoot, and he did an awesome job! The foodcame quick, and it all tasted great! Very crowded the Sunday AFTER Mother?s Day but we were late celebrating. Chose Applebee?s because it was a familiar place after... our recent move from the Pacific Northwest. I hesitated to order the salmon dish after our move from Washington state to SC butwas craving a good salmon meal, I was VERY IMPRESSED by the quality, quantity and preparation of my salmon! My husband hadgreat ribs and my mother-in-law was very happy with her fish and chips. Our server - sorry I can?t remember his name was awonderful young man who 1) put my mother-in-law?s walker in a safe place while we ate 2) dimmed the overhead lights a bit due tothem being a little over bright 3) was efficient and professional- made sure he talked a little bit louder when he realized thathearing was an issue for me. Waitress reliably checked back in throughout our visit to see if anything was needed or of concern. She was polite and... personable. Points of improvement here: Serve plates when the guests order a shared appetizer like the combination app. This didnot happen for us The spinache dip was not toasted but scorched and tasted burned. Don't leave it so long or manually toast thetops with a proper torch if you can't watch the oven. The Cole slaw tasted old, if you make it ahead of time don't do it too farin advance. Give more than the single napkin that comes with the silverware. I ordered ribs and somehow the one napkin wassupposed to last the entire service. Provide wet napkins at least for people who ordered finger foods and things like ribs. Thebathrooms are too dirty and cramped. Washing one's hands in those conditions the middle of dining is disturbing to think about.The alternative was using the condensation from my cup and the extra napkins we had to ask for just to get my fingersclean. Also the mashed potatoes do not taste instant, which is a good start, but they had a texture like they were great andsmooth at first and then lost enough moisture from sitting and became were paste like. Possibly even reheated loosing additionalmoisture? I know it's an Applebee's and it is a chain but you can do better with what you have without changing a lot exceptyour process. Good luck! Read more
