Honestly, so far as far food goes, Arby's is at the top of my list. A shirt of best-of-the-worst kind of thing. LoL.
Last evening, Sunday 8/14 at ~ 7:45 pm, I went to this Easley Arby's for a drive thru dinner order. Like most fast food... restaurants these days, they probably have staffing issues and had a sign at the order window requesting patience due to thisissue. It took me 6 minutes to get to the order window (not too bad). It then took 10 MINUTES to get my order taken! (BAD) Myorder was just 1 meal + an additional sandwich. After ordering, it took 15 MINUTES to get to the pick up window! (VERY BAD) Atthe window, I paid, received my items (correctly) and drove away in 90 seconds. I ate my meal at home, 10 minutes later. Mytotal time exceeded 30 minutes to get fast food. I have had much better experiences at several local competitors. I won't bepatronizing this Arby's anytime soon if they can't do significantly better. One final note. The receipt didn't seek any feedbackon my experience. So, I called the phone number on the receipt to share my thoughts with management. Not surprisingly, nobodyanswered the phone.. Read more
Great food. Drive through was little slow and didn?t really ask if I wanted sauce. You gotta have arby sauce for roast beef.
Very, very slow drive thru service despite only being 1 of 3 cars in line. The cashier repeated our order back to us and it... still came out wrong. It's pretty much what you'd expect from Arby's. Read more

This Arby?s location has always been pretty solid they?re very courteous you get your food in a timely manner and it?s hot... that?s the reason for 4 stars. Arby?s needs to stay out of burger market! The new wagyu burger has a lot to be desired. If youwere looking for a hamburger patty that has been cooked then deep-fried to warm it up then stuck in a warming tray to keep itwarm then this is the burger for you. Don't go if they're about to close. My medium fry was sooo small. But the bread on the sandwich was soft and fresh, so I think... the cook for the great, hot sandwich I got. The other pic is to a tag of a man who threatened to shoot me after I called him outfor littering in their drive through. But I got my food before his, through he was waiting on the side for his food so I laughedat him as I pulled away. Read more
I was very pleased with my quick trip through the drive-thru this past week. The food was hot, fresh and delicious, but most... impressive was the kind lady who waited on me. She was so pleasant, even though obviously very busy. I will be eating here a lotmore often from now on. Read more
