The general manger is very rude and racist she called black people who are friends white white people whitewashed in 40 year I... never hear that tearm until a few nights ago also her little team leader Audrey from boiling spring store is very rude to crewand to people in drive thru a poor old guy hard of hearing wasn't allowed to place a order the way he wanted and she yell at himslam the window in his face. Lance is the most rudest person I ever had as a manger he very very rude to his staff when u shareyour experience around town a lot of people have tons of bad things to say about this bojangles and how the staff act. Bojanals is usually busy because they ate so good. Went inside to eat this time and food was served hot and if you haven't tried... the bo-rounds, ya have to! One of my favorites!!! Read more

Ordered lunch on the Bojangles app. You do get a free steak biscuit for your first online order. Placed my order for curbside,... pick up time was 10:30. Why they would place the curbside pick up area in front of the store is beyond me. This set up is allkinds of wrong. The drive thru line is sometime around the building in front of the curbside pickup area. Then there?s theproblem of getting out of the parking space. All was well, I was able to get out, the person behind me let me out. The food wasok, chicken tenders are too spicy for me, and so was the honey mustard sauce, but I didn?t have to cook!! Btw I wasn?t able toplace a breakfast, because it said that it wasn?t open after 5am. (Online) Read more

Buffalo bites are STILL not available!! When I found this out, they lost me as a customer along with many others! They were... AMAZING, GRILLED, & MORE HEALTHY! I keep checking, but they haven't returned. They were my go to & I'm not the only one thatthinks they need to return! There are many petitions, but they are still not returned to the menu. We were active customers & wehaven't ordered since they removed them!! Do something! Bring them back!! Read more

Chaos at 1:00 pm. Lunch today. I ordered through the app and went and parked. You can?t see any special signs when you pull in... for curbside pickups. I parked on the side. But you are suppose to be in front. They said they already gave my order tosomeone else. I finally had to go inside. And it was sitting right in front on the counter. I?m guessing the manager was madthat I parked in wrong place so she made me come in and get my order. Which is all she had to ask in first place. They werebusy but I arrived way before app said be here. 15 minutes. I would have picked up inside at the beginning if ask. This is onthe general manager. Read more

The food I get there is always "ok" the gravy biscuits are what we got and the cinnamon biscuits....the cinnamon biscuits here... are usually very dry and there's never enough icing. 3 weekends in a row we woke up to come get gravy biscuits at the easleybojangles and they have been out of white gravy every time. Bojangles in Easley, where the drive thru workers are always rude and apparently just give you whatever they feel like you... should drink. Today they were out of Pepsi, totally understandable. I said cheerwine was fine. I get to the window and pay andTHEN they give me coffee. I told the cashier the coffee wasn?t mine. He said oh we are out of cheerwine too? would be nice toknow that ahead of time. For the sake of not wasting my time I took the coffee and threw it out as soon as I stopped. I don?teven like Bojangles coffee. Communication is one of the key aspects of a drive-thru job, maybe should work on that? not thefirst time this particular restaurant has had drive-thru communication issues.
