Southwest salad was missing the extras that come with it. 2nd time in 2 weeks this has happened. I work somewhere where I don?t get a break. So i had to ask my grandma to pick me up some chick-fil-a. I have never had a bad... experience at this location, or any location, ever. I have never eaten something bad from any of their stores. Yet this time, myfries were so hard they have cut my gums, the coke cup was covered in sticky stuff, my grandma had to wash her hands, and norwas the lid even on right. she ordered it at about 4 pm on Monday and the location in easley. I am severely disappointed andwill be reconsidering returning here or any location. Thanks for my first meal of the day, it was awful. Read more
I?ve never known a chick-fil-a to get an order wrong. I travel all over the US and I?ve never had issues. This one has gotten my... drink wrong and left out food. And some have even acted like I was bothering them just trying to get what was missing from mybag or ordering food. Not super empresses by this place. And the chicken sandwiches are a hit or miss. Sometimes there flatchicken.. and sometimes there really good thick chicken. Over all it?s really clean and the fries are usually crispy. So I keepcoming back. Just moved here and decided to try this restaurant as we do not have one back home. The yogurt parfait was sour..the waffle frys... cold..the chicken nuggets were salty and dry. We ordered a 12 piece and got an 8. No sauce. And the strawberry shake was warm.:( Hubby said his chicken sandwich was OK and employees were nice. .oh and my husband got all the way home and realized theyforgot to give him the coke he ordered. :( Read more
This was my sandwich. I asked for extra pickles and didn?t get them. But that wasn?t that big of a deal? The chicken was flat... that is a big deal in my opinion.The cup was so full of ice I had like 4 sips and I was done. The fries container he like 5fries in it. We ordered a soup and it was in a really small bag that we had to rip the bag to get it out and the shop lid wasoff and soup was in the bag?And we ordered on the app gave the table number and they took our food to every take and asked themif they were ?our names?. I?ve never been disappointed at any chick-fil-a before. We?ve even used them for parties a few timesand we?re impressed. Not a good experience this time. Read more

Food is always good in my opinion but line times are sometimes bad. Don't get me wrong, all locations usually have long lines... due to the popularity but this one will have times where you'll move one car length in 5 minutes. The hold up always seems to beat the window so not sure if they are short on cooks or if the kitchen is slow but those taking orders seem to always be wayahead of the window/kitchen staff. Read more
