Pleasantly surprised. As a quick or fast food option this is one of the best. Interior clean, and nice atmosphere. The counter... service was friendly and prompt. The food is amazing. Best Chicken salad I have ever eaten. All flavors are really good. However my faves are Lauryn?s Lemon... Basil and the Buffalo Barclay. On this particular day they were training several new people at once. My heart went out to them,because the managers look frustrated and stressed even though though were being very polite and smiling you could see they weretired. This was during the lunch rush. They got our order wrong, but they gave us the wrong order for free and then correctedthe order. I love these people and there food. The menu was confusing to me, but I was probably making it harder than it should be. I wanted to try regular chicken salad as I... am not a fan of extra things in my chicken salad. I got that and the pimento cheese. It just came with some buttery crackers. Ishould have gotten a salad with a scoop on it. I am not sure l will go back though. Four of us stopped in for lunch. We ordered and our order came out to the table in about 15 minutes. I thought it was pretty... fast since they were quite busy and I saw the girls quickly dropping off meals all around the restaurant. They were out of eggsalad so they swapped something for me. It was not a problem. The food was good. I would have given a five star except for whenwe made our order at the counter, the employee there seemed bothered and openly complained about doing her job which I view asunprofessional. Read more

I stopped here for lunch and never ate here before but I can tell you I loved it. I got the chicken salad BLT Plano recipe and... it was a good size portion for the money and I also got a cup of soup with it which I chose to get the tomato bisque which thetomato bisque wasn't the best but the sandwich was so good that I wouldn't even care that the soup wasn't that good. It mightjust be what kind of soup you like and your own personal preference as to why I didn't like it but again the sandwich itself wasreally good and the staff was really friendly even giving me a sample of bacon ranch cheese because it was my first time there.That was good so overall I think it was a great positive experience and I'll definitely come back and I would recommend thisplace to anybody.
