The food is amazing. Best Chicken salad I have ever eaten. All flavors are really good. However my faves are Lauryn?s Lemon... Basil and the Buffalo Barclay. On this particular day they were training several new people at once. My heart went out to them,because the managers look frustrated and stressed even though though were being very polite and smiling you could see they weretired. This was during the lunch rush. They got our order wrong, but they gave us the wrong order for free and then correctedthe order. I love these people and there food. The menu was confusing to me, but I was probably making it harder than it should be. I wanted to try regular chicken salad as I... am not a fan of extra things in my chicken salad. I got that and the pimento cheese. It just came with some buttery crackers. Ishould have gotten a salad with a scoop on it. I am not sure l will go back though. Four of us stopped in for lunch. We ordered and our order came out to the table in about 15 minutes. I thought it was pretty... fast since they were quite busy and I saw the girls quickly dropping off meals all around the restaurant. They were out of eggsalad so they swapped something for me. It was not a problem. The food was good. I would have given a five star except for whenwe made our order at the counter, the employee there seemed bothered and openly complained about doing her job which I view asunprofessional. Read more
Always delicious! Took my MIL for the first time and she was skeptical (it's just chicken salad, right?)....she says I can now... choose any restaurant and she will never doubt me again because it was as great as I said. The staff was also super nice andhelpful. 100% recommend! Read more
Excellent service. The manager greeted my mom and I as we walked in to the restaurant. She was also song table touches and was... extremely friendly. All of the associates provided exceptional customer service. The food is delicious. My favorite is the sassyscotty. My mom tried the strawberry salad and she said it was devine. Just WOW on this amazing Chicken Salads of all sorts... we had the Lemon Basil and Buffalo Style chick/salad on a croissant with... lettuce and tomato...it came with pickle, one choice side and a cookie ...drink is additional...our cashier was very helpful andexplained to us the ins and outs of it all... you havethe choice to : 1.grab and go in containers, 2. call in orders, 3. dinein, 4. drive thru, 5. order online, or have pkUp with 6. DoorDash... there is a bar code you can take a picture on your phone topull up a menu from my pics... lots to see and choose from... you can also have a chicken salad /salad... with a scoop on a bedof spring salad mix... or choose a sandwich on croissants, white or wheat bread toasted... they also offer soup of the day...place is very open and has plenty of seating ... they have choices of coke products, pink and reg lemonade or tea ... wellworth our stopping by... this is our first time going , but surely will not be our last!!! I stopped here for lunch and never ate here before but I can tell you I loved it. I got the chicken salad BLT Plano recipe and... it was a good size portion for the money and I also got a cup of soup with it which I chose to get the tomato bisque which thetomato bisque wasn't the best but the sandwich was so good that I wouldn't even care that the soup wasn't that good. It mightjust be what kind of soup you like and your own personal preference as to why I didn't like it but again the sandwich itself wasreally good and the staff was really friendly even giving me a sample of bacon ranch cheese because it was my first time there.That was good so overall I think it was a great positive experience and I'll definitely come back and I would recommend thisplace to anybody.
