Well I had left a negative review before and dumb enough we headed again to this location. Tonights menu was RAW chicken, after... waiting around 45 min for a meal they bring out RAW chicken mind you mistakes can happen but 1 month ago they forgot to put ourorder in and found out after we waited almost one hour and thirty minutes. This location really needs a new management if theyplan on staying in business. As for my family and myself, we won?t be stepping a foot in this location. Read more

The eggs, bacon, and hash browns tasted like fish or cat litter. I couldn't decide between the two. I'm not sure if they use the... same grease for everything or just never change it. Our waitress was constantly forgetting about us and the restaurant was aboutempty. Card machine was down so we had to walk and find an ATM so we could get cash. We won't be coming back to this one. A little disappointing visit. I realize there was only one server, but the place was not busy and the server wasn't very... attentive. I got a burger and fries and my wife got the french toast combo with a couple extra sides. Bill was $40. While foodwas good, it wasn't THAT good, especially with lacking service. Saw employees looking at their phone way too much as well. Read more

Poor Tina our waitress was stretched WAY too thin. Poor thing was running the place and having to play "mom" for the back of the... house. The back of the house didn't seem to want to cooperate or think this was time to play. She had to ask them multiple timesin the back to re cook the food. They were not taking this seriosly and not waiting food out in a timely manner. She was sittingguests, taking orders, running food, and teaching the cooks how to do their jobs all by herself and a new server. If the ownersare going to leave their employees and go on vacation they should at least promote the real hardworking staff members to run theplace since they clearly wont. Read more

We had to wait until Togo orders were done to be seated. They were short handed on a Sunday when they are usually the busiest.... Bacon wasn't cooked enough and pancakes were overcooked. Waitress/manager was condescending to us. We have continued to givethem chances, but the attitude of the waitress was the reason. For our last visit. Read more

The wait staff was stretched thin. Please apply. That being said, our service was great and our waitress was very attentive and... very engaged. The food was delicious and filling. I had the beef tips w/ mushrooms and onions with 2 over easy eggs andhashbrowns. My wife had the cowboy burger with fries. Both were cooked to order and spot on. Thanks and keep it up Read more

Overall a disappointing visit. We had a nice server (Brandy) , the $6.99 for eggs, bacon, hash browns , and unlimited pancakes... is/was a deal and probably the only thing worth buying at IHOP, the fries were okay, the drinks were cold. That's about it. Here are some of the issues we had. The food was not hot, the entire restaurant was chilly, the ranch was not house made (awfulprepackaged stuff) , 1$ charge for a small cap of salsa, the white gravy was not runny had the consistency of a thick pudding, the grilled chicken sandwich didn't taste grilled it was like sponge and literally dripping water out the bottom, all the syrupwas artificial (just cheap flavored corn syrup) which was surprising since the restaurant is based on there pancakes. Lastly,8.99 for a chicken sandwich that wasn't even good is criminal. Everywhere else you can get the same sandwich for 3-5 dollars. Ican not see us returning ever again its always a disappointment. But if we did the only thing worth buying is the 6.99$ All youcan eat pancakes special after the 2.59$ drink and tax your gonna spend $10.40. Which is not the cheapest or best tastingbreakfast in town just a whole lot of meh. It's worth mentioning you can go to Golden Corral in Cherydale and get all you caneat breakfast which is hot, fresh, and tasty with a drink/juice for $10.40 after tax. The same breakfast special from Dennys isfor $8.50$ , or Waffle House is $8.80. Or just cook at home and feed 3 to 5 people for $10 even. Let IHOP join blockbuster andtoys r us. Read more
