I walked in and they looked shocked that someone even walked in and one of the only 2 lady's working threw her hands up like... "well I guess I'll take this order" . This place use to be great ,now there's hardly anyone working,the wait is long and theservice is awful. Read more

There's never more than two people working at one time. The waits are ridiculous and the food is just thrown together. The... dining room is always closed. I drive a commercial vehicle (that does not fit in a drive through) and tried to get something togo and was told I'd have to just walk through the drive through line. 100° weather and/ or pouring rain. The wait is absurd. I?ve been waiting over an hour to get my food and the drive through is stagnant! Often times there is only... one staff member at a time at this location? meaning they are working for $12ish dollars an hour and doing every single jobposition! I feel bad for them. I am in complete shock about the service my family and I just received at this location in Easley. My family and I try to be... VERY kind and understanding to fast food workers as our teenage daughter is currently employed with a fast food company and havemany woes. The lady working the window was extremely RUDE and argumentative. We spent well over 50 bucks for our purchase. Weexplained that she left off some items and she argued that they didn?t. When she finally realized she didn?t apologize, onlytold us to go back around and get in the back of the line. When we finally received our food we asked for the manger on duty?sname and the store location number so we could call corporate and she said she was the manager and wasn?t giving us her firstname to file a complaint. We got our food and went home to find out they still left off a cheeseburger, our egg roles wereundercooked and had to return to the store for that...which was 25 minutes away from our home. No paying customer should betreated like that. I will be getting in touch with corporate and letting them know about our bad experience. Read more
