Went through the drive thru and my total was $25.03. I handed them $40.03. She told me to pull around. I didn't receive my... change. Got my food and drove back around and they told me to park out front. After waiting 10 minutes I come inside and themanager says that he would have to count the drawer and I said why haven't you already did that because I've already beenwaiting and my soup will be cold. I continued to wait another 15 minutes. So 25 minutes to count a drawer and he brought me14.96 I said it gave 40.03.. My change should be 15.00.. Read more

if i could give them 0 stars, i would. i paid $16 for the broccoli and cheddar soup (2 orders) which was mediocre and the bread... that was served with it had a peculiar aftertaste that was VERY unpleasant. the soup was pint size and they give you more breadthan anything else. it was such a disappointment!!! the service was good though. wouldn?t eat here again and definitely wouldn?trecommend it to anyone. sorry! Took 30 minutes of waiting to get our ?Rapid takeout? order, while everyone who ordered in the restaurant received their food.... Their excuse was they were short staffed. On top of that the portions were absolutely tiny for an almost $30 meal (2 people).Just look at the dressing given for our salad. Read more
Terrible experience unfortunately. Steak & cheese sub sandwich wasn?t heated throughout, cold in center while hot on outside.... Badly constructed as well. Hardly any meat inside! Mostly bread! Worst part though was the massive quantity of horseradish sauceall over it! There was SOOO much horseradish that my eyes were watering, my nose and mouth were on fire! As a member of the coffee club, I can pop into any Panera and get a "free" coffee...hot or cold, at no charge outside of the... monthly fee. It's a heckuva deal and so easy to order at the iPad stations. This location in Easley is very easy to access, andhas ample seating inside and outside. Read more
