First off our pizzas tasted amazing and the got here very quickly and they were $17 cheaper than Domino's for the same order! We... had a little issue with one of our pizza's and the gentleman I spoke to about it was incredibly professional and very kind andoffered to replace it for us and we thankfully accepted.. This is a great local eatery with a ton of variety and everythingtastes great and I look forward to continuing to support them. Service: Their customer service was BEYOND what we expected.They were quick and our order was right and HOT!!! Price: the price is super reasonable and we had enough to stuff ourselvesand have a whole other meal the next day of pizza AND salad.. ..here is the thing. Good wings are nice. To make GREAT wings takes some kind of magic. They have to be crispy but still not... dry inside. There is really nothing better than crispy chicken skin with blackened edges and some awesome sauce. YOU NAILED ITGUYS ! The pizza is great also. Delivered faster than quoted. The young man even said thanks for the tip. I notice lots ofpeople these days just assume the tips. As close to perfect as you can expect. Read more
We ordered pizza for our family tonight over the phone for delivery from the pizza and then some im Easley. We ordered a... Hawaiian Delight and a cheese pizza. The employee who took our order took it wrong and rang us up for a pineapple delightinstead of a Hawaiian delight. I called to let them know what was delivered and the mistake they made and the manager said therewas nothing they could do and wouldn?t replace the pizza because I signed the receipt. The receipt was the receipt thatliterally was only the total how much you would like to tip and then you sign the bottom. The driver didn?t give me the longfull receipt until after I signed the credit card slip with the food he handed me. This is unacceptable customer service. Thiswas a mistake on their behalf, they refused to take accountability for the mistake, and refused to fix it claiming there wasnothing they could do! Thanks for making a mistake you refused to fix. one regular pizza the other is a dessert. so I guess someof us are going without enjoying pizza for dinner tonight. Pizza and then some is a terrible restaurant, offers horriblecustomer service, wastes peoples hard earned money, won?t fix their mistakes. I will never be ordering from here again.
