Upon arriving there were 2 cars in front of me. The workers would not take my order until the car in front of me had their... order fulfilled and drove off. Several customers behind me pulled off due to the 45 minute wait. Once I paid for my order Iwas told the clock is counting and to pull into a parking spot and wait even longer. I was the 3rd car in line, got 2sandwiches and a fry and waited 53 minutes total. I ordered a large fry, per my receipt I paid $4.99 for them and got 11 friestotal. In my bag. I ordered beignets and was told they were frozen and they were going to throw them away because they didn'tever have time to make them. I ordered frozen lemonade and the lady laughed at me and said she wasn't about to make thoseeither. She yelled over the speaker to another coworker "stop doing that to me and let me take his order." I wouldn't waste my time even going to this Popeye's. Generally speaking Popeye's is dang good. But the one here in Easley, it's... lacking a lot. The staff are rude and lazy. Their menu items are wrong. To top this all off they are the most expensive of thelocal fried chicken choices. Will not waste my time or money again. Get it together whoever owns this location. The food is pretty good. However, the service is EXTREMELY slow (i.e., 20-25min wait for a 2 piece box with only 2 cars ahead of... me.... YIKES!!!). They had workers on duty, but several were hanging out in the parking lot talking or smoking. Those actuallytaking orders didn't seem to care much about thier jobs or the customers. If you have a nasty attitude this is the place for you to work! Went through the drive through and got treated like an... inconvenience all because I asked for a receipt. When I first pulled up I was greeted with ?go ahead? what a way to greet acustomer. After I asked for a receipt without getting one I asked again when she handed me the bag of food if the receipt was inthe bag only to have her role her eyes and respond yeah with the worst attitude. Popeyes do better. I get people have bad daysbut you should never treat a stranger in such a way. Especially, at your job. If you can?t demand your employees be decent andpolite to your customers then you don?t need a restaurant. I will never get food from Easley Popeyes again because of how awfulthis one experience was. Food was okay, but order was mixed up and had to return to ask about it. I was even asked if I wanted to order something by the... same guy who had taken it 15 minutes earlier! Another sad story of a great chain in a good location that can't find serviceemployees. ???? Read more

Terrible. I've gone there multiple times for lunch because I love the chicken sandwich but each time I go to the drive thru, I... wait 30 min or more. No one ever comes to the speaker. You're just sitting there waiting forever for someone to greet you.Extremely slow. One day, I drove off bc no one ever answered. I came back to give them a 2nd chance and it happened again! This is one of my son?s go to restaurants for the chicken sandwich. Let me first start by saying that the service was amazing on... this trip. The manager was on top of everything and the level of friendliness and customer service far exceeded my expectations. Read more

Server was rude, Food was bad. I will never go there again. They didn't even respond to feedback. Heck I might not ever go to... another Popeyes again. They gave me a 10 piece meal that had 5 wings, 3 drumsticks, a thigh and 1/2 a chicken breast. Theworkers just didn't care. I am not sure that the chain does. Read more
