Although the price of Taco Bell has become absurd it still has a place in the late night munchies hall of Fame. This Taco Bell... is fast, food was on point and they didn't mess my order up. You at least feel like you got something for your money. I wish Icould say the same for other fast food chains. Read more

Up until tonight we have loved this Taco Bell. But tonight was a dissapointment. The employee was grumpy and not very nice. We... didn't receive a receipt and when we got home with our food It was missing multiple items. My daughters entire meal was missing.My husbands taco he requested to changed and paid an upcharge for was incorrect. His Dorito Los Taco had a quarter of an inch ofmeat in it and that was it. My cheese cup for my fries barely had cheese in it. After this visit tonight we aren't sure we wantto take the chance on this Taco Bell again. I also tried to contact Taco Bell through their website and finished filling outthe hole form only to get a error page. Read more

I heard they had the taco pizza back & I use to get them all the time back in Arizona, until they pulled them off the menu. So... I took my friend telling her how good they were, not any more!!!!! They were almost half the size now & I paid almost $7.00each for them!!!!!! Besides there was hardly any fillings in them!!!!! I was so disappointed ???? & won't be going back!!!!!! Read more

There are some days where the customer service is good, however, the food is horrible and will possibly make you sick for a few... days. It?s much better to go to Powdersville than here. They mess up the orders SOMETIMES, but when I tried to correct it, theyget huffy. Read more

I placed an order online and when I picked it up in the drive thru it was a little cold and the iced coffee I got had coffee... grounds in it , the girl I the drive thru wasn't the friendliest but it is what it is. I've never had an issue before with tacobell so I was a little shock and disappointed yesterday especially since I'd been at work all and was craving some tacos andcinnabon iced coffee. If I could give negative stars I would. I am consistently disappointed in this Taco Bell. The last 4 orders I?ve had has been... incorrect. The first order, a Crunchwrap supreme, was missing the tostada shell! How do you forget the crunch in the crunchwrap. The second time I went here I ordered 2 burritos and another Crunchwrap hoping to actually have a good one, and the crunchwrap was missing from my order! The third time, I was with family and while it was a larger order, I understand mistakes willhappen, we were missing two tacos. And the fourth and FINAL time I will ever come here I, again, ordered two Crunchwraps and twoburritos, hoping if I ordered two they wouldn?t forget it, AND I RECEIVED THREE TACOS!!!! I went back to get my CORRECT orderand when I received it one of the crunchwraps was only half full, one had what looks like metal shavings (it shined in the sunand didn?t disintegrate like ash would) on the tortillas and a freaking hair in the lettuce. HOW DOES THIS CONTINUALLY HAPPEN!I work in food service myself so I understand mistakes but this is insane. Your food cost must be shot. Every time I call no oneEVER answers the phone. The restaurant was mostly clean, a couple napkins on the floor but that was understandable as there were a few children eating... there. The kitchen floor, however, was trashed. Not a deal breaker for me, as I understand that sometimes you're too busy tosweep up. The staff took my order quickly and accurately, in addition they provided a positive experience. The order-taker (whoI believe is called "Destiny") engaged with both the children and me simultaneously without losing track of either conversation.She remained interested and kept up her side of the conversation even after a long day of work. The food took a little while toarrive, but that was expected as they seemed a bit busy. I have eaten at the taco Bell before and each time the front line staffprovides a positive experience for me. The last time I ate here, they ran out of their promotional item, and the managers didall in their power to correct the issue. The food is typically above the average taco Bell quality, thought it is dependent onwhat time you arrive, later in the night or when things are busy the quality tends to decrease (as is expected). Let's notburrito the bush, it was a positive experience with allot to taco bout. Read more
