Edit 11/5/22 so I was almost hit by a delivery driver and when I tried to call up to the store so they could talk to the driver... I was unable to get a hold of anyone I sat on the phone to no avail. This isn't the first time I have almost been hit and one ofmy friends was actually hit by a delivery driver the other day. Domino's has got to do better cause they are actually physicallyhurting people now and it is only getting worse. So the last few times I have had issues saying food was delivered and it wasn'tso I had to wait up to 30 minutes one time after it said delivered to get my food and this time I ordered hoping it would bebetter after an hour my food still hadn't been started the manager Haven was pushing to cancel my order instead of trying tocome up with a solution. Had nothing but problems with this location ordered 8 wings a pasta and a soda and its already been an hr and half and atill... nothing and they guy qt the store tried to say well maybe you didnt place an order as im looking at my oder number andtracker?this place is joke and i miss living near the godfrey location Read more

Honestly one of the worst experiences I?ve had anywhere.. the other night I placed an order at 8:30 pm for future pick up at... 10:15 pm and I got there at 10:25 and got told my order was coming out of the oven ?now? I continued to wait until 10:40 for myfood while the guy in the drive thru stood there playing a VR GAME headset and all.. Got all the way home and my order was wrongso I had to go back up there and my replacement order was burnt. ???? Read more
They always have fast and dependable delivery. I'm also a fan of their pastas and sandwiches. And I like the pizza rewards.
We drove from ny. A 12.5 hour drive. We arrived in Alton Illinois at 11:30 pm, starving. Saw a Domino's delivery person at our... Premiere Best Western hotel and decided to call. They wanted the address which I didn't know but found. They then wanted zipcode even though it was the same town( which I had no idea not being from that state) Woman said they couldn't proceed with myorder without the zip code. The worse service ever!! Ordered online to pick up at the drive thru. Got there waited and waited and waited. Got out of car... tapped on the drive thru window and waited and waited. They knew I was there and completed ignored me. Get out of car walkaround building go inside and politely asked " is your drive thru broke?" Worker says "no" and hands me my order sitting infront of her. Which includes a 2 lit bottle of Pepsi, 2 pizzas and a side order to carry around the building to my car parked atthe drive thru window where I should have been handed my order in the first place. No "sorry we ignored you for half hour andmade you come in and walk your order back to your car and drop the 2lit Pepsi to the ground and still feel we are entitled to aTIP!! They have the best Philly cheese steak sandwich I've ever tasted. I also absolutely love their garlic & cheese stuffed bread... especially when it's "hot" ... overall I'm pleasantly pleased, which is why I've chosen to order there. Read more
