The drive threw wait time is horrible! There is absolutely no reason for why the Alton location is this terribly slow! They are... very inconsiderate ! I was there yesterday and sat in the stall for 25 mins to find out they was closed at about 3:30 and theystill failed to tell me they were closed. It took for me to google the number & call the store! Whom ever this may concern youall need to get it together & get it together FAST!! I know from experience that they are supposed to be getting orders out in acertain amount of time.. They?re clearing orders before they get them out! Read more
This used to be a very good sonic. I truly mean that. The past 6 or so times that I've been here service and wait time has been... absolutely awful. Someone from higher up needs to fix whatever is going on before people stop spending money here and take theirmoney down the road. Read more
I?m giving 1 star because last time I was here I sat at the drive through box for 10 minutes, finally I pulled to a stall and... was told it would be an additional 20 minutes before any service. Second reason I came through today and all the stalls areclosed and I thought hey that?s ok drive through is fast and boy oh boy was I wrong 20 minutes later I got my food. I like this Sonic location. The food is fresh the service is fast the people are friendly and the place is very clean. Prices... are reasonable. And the meat is real unlike some fast food restaurants. Great place to get a good meal for the whole family. Andtheir desserts are excellent many choices. Read more
