Fantastic little taco place. Plenty of great beers to choose from for everybody and a healthy mix of cocktails. The server was... attentive and the food and drinks were served quickly. I recommend the gourmet tacos, you really can?t go wrong. I had thePhilly cheesesteak, Johnny Buffalo Chicken, and Johnny Big Mac each of which were loaded and uniquely delicious. Can?t wait tobring more friends here for a fun vibe and phenomenal food and drinks!! Read more

The restaurant was busy when we arrived yet we were seated instantly with our table cleaned before our eyes. Our server was... running around like he was all hopped up on mountain dew taking care of everyone in sight and our food was to die for. If thisplace was closer to home I would probably cash my paychecks here. Read more

Not alot of people here but the bartenders were fun and engaging with us. They were attentive and fun despite having us as... thier only customers for a bit. Great queso and the was ice cold. I'd go back more often but it's like FOREVER down transitroad. So it's a special occasion taco experience for sure! Read more

Delicious tacos! The asada has very tender meat and the pickled onions are amazing. Fun atmosphere. We will be back!

Wow. Just wow. Barbacoa Nachos with corn Salas were huge with a smooth creamy queso that had good flavor. We ordered 6 kinds... of taco. Each got 4* to 5* with the pork belly being the star. They also have one of the best barbacoa I can remember eating. We have already decided to get the 4 we liked best and add 2 new ones next time (pork belly, barbacoa, ribeye, pollo). Theymake their own sour for the margarita, loved it. We also had all 3 desserts, each good, but the tacos were the star. Read more

A very strange dining experience; we came here for brunch on a Sunday afternoon and found ourselves doing more work than I would... normally expect at a restaurant. We were sat on the patio which had a nice atmosphere minus a group of regulars that decidedthis would be a good spot to tailgate before the game (throwing footballs, blocking access to go inside the restaurant). Afterordering a round of margaritas which were tasty, we put in our food order; the first strange aspect of the food was our loadednachos that weren't really loaded- everything that should have been loaded was optional. While I understand being accommodatingto various diets and preferences, we had to ask for each individual item to come on the dish, versus just asking for an item tobe removed. We had to prompt the waiter to include the meat which would have been left off. (Strange, but the food tasted fine). The next portion was our tacos which your waiter doesn't bring to you (you go to a kitchen window to pick them up) and then youneed to make them yourselves at the "topping" bar. I may be old school, but if I'm paying money for food (hipster taco moneyalbeit) I don't think I should be required to pick up my order and make up the taco myself. If this was a hot dog stand stylewhere you wait in line, order, pick up your food and sit down that would be completely fine- but this place seats you, and has adedicated server that brings some of your meal and your drinks; why not just bring out the tacos too? Would it be difficult toask what you would like on them and just have the kitchen top them? My .02- food was fine, but not a dining experience I wouldlook for again. Read more

Everything in life has a alternate version of the original. For instance, Wegmans to Tops supermarket. Target to Walmart,... Kellogg's Honey smacks to Malt-O-meal golden puffs, and now we have Lolyd's taco to Taco community & beer. Everything aboutLolyd's, is what TC&B wants to become. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, the bar is lively and functions very good.Especially, on busy nights such as this one. I like the taco fillings, they give you plenty in each taco. You even have theoption to put extra toppings on, when you go over to the self service counter. I will say though, I am not a fan of the tacoshell. I wish it had a crispy to crunchy touch to it. But these shells was soft and more like enchiladas texture than taco. Other than that, I would be hard pressed to spend $4-$6 for a taco and I don't care for the shell. Read more
