Tim Horton's should be about working together as a team to provide efficient and fast customer service while delivering... excellent product to satisfy customers. This Tim Horton's has really gone down hill. The food quality is horrible. The manageralways has an attitude and is rude when their is an issue with food. There is no training with staff, most of them are justthrown on the floor. The bakery items have been horrible for the last 3 months. Product is always hard as a rock. They nevercarry glazed old fashioned Timbit's because food cost or waste is what I am told. Not to forget, my french vanilla cappuccino isalways watered down, it never tastes correct. Read more

It's the same idiots working the drive thru window every morning. I had to see if they were really that dumb, and 1 order out of... the whole week was correct. Your staff needs some serious training. Read more
Warmly lighted friendly Tim Hortons on this corner of Transit Rd and Clarence Center Rd. Terrific crew! Reserved parking for Tim... Hortons customers. What is more stays lighted until 10PM! Some locations start darkening the dining room somewhat earlier andlock the door around 9:30 or 9:45 and turn away valuable customers even though they're clearly marked as closing at 10 PM. Ihope you can add more staff so you can all go back to pre-pandemic hours when all were open until exactly 10! This store isdoing very well at keeping normal hours I understand you're all understaffed and hope your hiring drives are successful and yourlocations can serve hot food in the evening. I see many people leave without ordering because what they want isn't available.Drive thru and takeout available. Read more
My bagel came out fully burnt. They?re super slow and seem like they don?t care. terrible customer service. they messed up my... friends order 3 times and each time took 5-10 minutes to make a new one. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN! the picture is the finalresult after giving it back 3 times. Read more
At first glance this may appear like an ordinary Tim Hortans but where this one differs from all others in the service. These... were some of the nicest most enthusiastic people I?ve ever seen working anywhere. Worth going just for the experience, thebreakfast sandwich was great too though. Read more
