Old manager was a breath of fresh air. New manager works her employees without caring for their well being. She told me she... wouldn't talk to me when I wanted to complain that she put a new employee at the register with no support. Asked for corporatenumber and left a message and received no call back. Apparently they must be too busy to at least respond to their valuedcustomers. Don't trust the order ahead at this location... They can't even move the sign for where you are supposed to pick upmobile orders and they get nasty when you go to where the sign is, as it's covered with schedules and other things on thecounter. I have to tell you that Dominique makes this place. There is never a morning that she doesn't put a smile on my face. She has... the sweetest most positive personality ever! Oh and she just loves my doggo. I would follow her to any Tim's. She justabsolutely makes the experience and my whole day brighter. She deserves all the raises. Read more

This is a great location, friendly and experienced staff. Always through the drive thru quickly, I've been inside once and they... have their fair share of "regulars," which signals the quality of the people as there are alternate locations in all directions. Read more

Very busy, drive through needs work. We were not close enough to the speaker when being asked for our order and waited, when we... were at the speaker it was silent for a few minutes with the cars in front getting there orders and driving away and we finallysaid, "hellooo?", an employee finally responded. I think there was a bit of animosity on their part. All in all, the food wasdelicious! Read more

It was a tough morning. I was up off and on through the night with a dog suffering from the after effects of eating something... that he shouldn't have. I'll leave the details to the imagination. My fitbit tells me that I got approximately 3 hours ofsleep. Great. But, I still have to run my shop, so need to muscle through. Tim Hortons is on the way, so time to load up oncarbs and caffeine. Looked at the menu. Oh hey, something new. Honey ham breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. Sure, order that, a side of hash brown sticks and a Diet Coke (don't judge, I already had 2 cups of coffee at home). This was rightaround 8:35 this morning. Roll up to the window, and wait. And wait. And wait. Total wait time right around 4 minutes, whichis a relative eternity in this world. Woman opens the window and hands me my bag, and mentions something about the croissantbeing seriously hot. Ok, that was weird, since I definitely didn't order a croissant. But because I was still in a brain fog,and didn't want to annoy the folks behind me any more, what actually came out of my mouth was "ok, thanks." Roll into my shop20 minutes later. This wrapped up croissant is still crazy hot. And the wrapper looks like the first picture. No, I did notsit on or in any way crush this bag during the drive. Open it up, and there's the second and third pic. It basically lookslike pastry road kill. Pic 4 is pulled off of their website, and what such a thing should resemble. Because I was feelingbrave, I actually took a bite of the thing. It was like there was a pan of melted butter laying around and this thing had beensoaking in it for a day. Yes, I know croissants are supposed to be buttery, but this is on another level. Ok, toss that in thegarbage, and move onto the thing that caught my eye 25 minutes ago. My everything bagel honey ham sandwich. Can't wait! Unwrap this surprise package, and am greeted with picture 5. Looks suspiciously like a biscuit. Taste Read more
