This is the worst duncan on long island! This morning i spent 24$ on 2 coffees a bagel with tuna and a box of munchkins for my... office. I get to work to fund out that my tuna bagel was sour and not edible, my ice coffee had 2 fruit flys floating in itand didnt notice until after a few sips then to open the munchkin box to find most of the munchkins have been crushed! When icalled they couldnt be bothered to talk to me . I do not want a refund or anything from them i will not be returning to thisduncan and will encourage anyone not to as well Read more
Poor service, poor facility. Served customers out of order. No customer bathroom. Coolata only 3/4 filled. Was told, "That's how... we serve it." Love Dunkin, but will not return to this location. Read more

Used to be a good experience. I don?t know what has happened but everything down to the attitude of the workers has gone... downhill. I?m not sure if it?s a staffing issue, but they seriously need some help and some sense of urgency. Update -physically stuck on the drive thru line for over 15 minutes. Associate was not particularly friendly either by the time I got tothe window. Literally would have cut my losses and left had I not been physically blocked on. Awful experience. Read more

Really wanted a nice hot cup of coffee, instead we got 2 cups of cold and what tasted like old coffee.
