Walked into this location this morning to have a construction worker customer in front of me with a Yellow safety Jacket on ... Made to feel uncomfortable like he was offending the Waitstaff for wearing it......... it was hurting her eyes she wasshielding and could not gaze upon that direction ( Clearly overreacting ..it is a safety vest made to be seen for sure but nothurt eyes) jokingly I asked if my Sweatshirt was too bright she again averted her eyes and made ME feel uncomfortable.... TheOrange of my sweatshirt is DARKER than all of the Orange Halloween themed. Worst experience I?ve ever had at a Dunkin. I don?t normally leave negative reviews, but this was terrible. There were no other... customers and 3 employees were working. When I walked up to the counter, they didn?t even look at me for 10 minutes. I ordered 2drinks and 2 sandwiches. It took them 10 minutes to make my drinks and I had to remind them what I ordered twice. I asked wheremy food was 2 times and they still hadn?t even started making it after an additional 10 minutes. They weren?t working - justchatting. I ended up getting so frustrated that I just left without my food. Terrible. Like the staff, except one. The bald guy always seems to have a chip on his shoulder and is very unprofessional. Made me reach... into the drive thru window to grab my coffee and card back. Never did that the last 3 times I went, along with some discouragingstares, how does this man still work here. It seemed like management switched him from Winthrop to east Boston, and he was thereason why I stopped going to Winthrop. Best person in the EB store is Chris. He is unbelievably professional and if I could I?dhire him at my job. Read more

Worst experience I have had at a Dunkin in years. My order rang up to 10.24 so I gave the cashier 21, hoping to get a $10 and... some change. First she gives me the $1 back and then messes up my drink order. I asked for an iced matcha latte, but she keepssaying frozen back to me. I keep saying iced and start gesturing to the picture of the frozen latte. Meanwhile she has yelledat me already for claiming she gave me the wrong change and stopped listening when I said iced, not frozen. So of course thedrink comes to me frozen. There is clearly no point in asking for it to be redone because she clearly can't be told anything. So I paid an extra dollar for her to mess up my order and tell at me. Never, ever coming back here.
