Service and order accuracy is pretty hit or miss. I?ve only ever seen one manager I believe, a woman, and she herself has... amazing service and pushes employees to have good customer service, even corrects orders when they are wrong. However, whenthere is not manager present, seems to be a free for all. No communication, yet some employees get upset that I ask for ordersto be corrected before I pay for it. Usually have to have a little taste before I leave or else I?ll have to walk all the wayback to fix an order. Usually, hot coffees I order never have the flavoring in them so I have to ask for it, which isn?t wellreceived by some employees. I?ve tried mobile ordering to make things quicker, but they often run out of things (which is fine,it?s expected) and DONT communicate it. I end up waiting 10 min for food that doesn?t exist and sometimes am met with a hostileemployee who doesn?t want to give me another item. Read more
Paid for a frozen coffee but it was not available at the time. Staff was friendly and offered a substitute and got this... delicious cold drink instead. Thank you for the kind service! Place has sockets to charge devices and it there is wifi so i likethis place overall. Read more
I am here at the Dunkin doughnuts in East Boston and I would not recommend this place. No one speaks or understands English.... They didn't have cream for my coffee. I ordered the omlet bites, one order. My total bill for this was $13.00 and the cashierseemed offended I did not tip. She charged me for two omlet bites and wouldn't give me a refund. When I asked for plastic ware,the girl said all they had was plastic knives. I am at the 34 William Kelly Sq. #34 store in East Boston, I will NOT be back norwould I recommend this store. My coffee roll is smaller than a regular donut, more expensive also.
Never got my order done under 15 minuts but today it took 31 minuts to get 1 medium Iced coffee. I placed the order while I was... home still took me 7 mins to get there and my order wasnt ready.
