I thought I had already reviewed this place but obviously not... We moved to the neighborhood 4 months ago; Sammy Carlo's became... a go-to place for us within the first couple of weeks! It's a neighborhood Italian deli that serves great lunches and cookiesand candies and... whatever I have not tried yet. The staff is really lovely, every food item I have tried has been excellentand at very fair price. Much better option - in my opinion - then other nearby famous Italian delis... For those who know Pace'sin the city, I keep saying it is like that but even better and even cheaper! A bit more out of the way if you don't live around, but I got every single one of my visitors this summer to go there. Highly recommend wandering down here and come enjoy asandwich from this family-operated café! Read more

Stevie and his crew never disappoint. We had his catered brunch yesterday for my nieces baby shower. Prompt delivery and setup.... The amount of food is worth the money spent and most importantly everything was delicious! Read more

[Wait time] Sandwiches and salads are typically ready in 10-15 minutes. Indoor booths and tables are available on a first come... first serve. [Food] ::Have you ever had a cookie make you cry? Not in a ?it said something mean that exposed my greatestinsecurities? way but a ?I thought I knew what a good cookie tasted like but this is proving to me I knew nothing bc this istranscendental? way? If you said no it?s because you haven?t tried their cookies yet - especially the peanut butter cookie withchunks of peanut butter cups. ::Huge selection of bfast sammies, deli sandwiches, and salads. Made to order and exactly whatyou?ll want when pure craving a solid sub. [Lulu?s Final ????] Bring tissues for the cookie experience and be ready to neverwant cookies from anywhere else ever again. Is worth it. Read more

I almost forgot about this place! Always use to get an omlette sub for breakfast - you can pick 3 veggies! So good! I tried the... Sicilian pan pizza today for the first time - excellent! They have a lot of specialty subs that are really good. Today I wascraving a basic chicken salad sub. They make their chicken salad homemade. The sub was enormous and so tasty. Would reccomendthis place 10/10. The picture shows half of my sub because I didn't take a picture in time. I added the pepper but I'm sure theywould if you asked. Read more

Classic cheerless Sicilian pizza and a large meet all sub. Pizza is AMAZING and a rare find these days with most of the other... small Italian bakeries closed. Really brought back the childhood memories. Meatballs in the sub were tender and sauced nicelywith some provolone cheese. For the high quality of the food, you can?t beat the price. Can?t wait to go back. Read more
