The employees aren't friendly at all. The atmosphere isn't welcoming and the men's room isn't clean and the urinal has been... broken forever. The manager Andrea is a clueless clown who has no personality and no people skills. She trashed a formeremployee I inquired about and basically told me not to come back again. No one greets you in a friendly manner and theemployees don't know how to greet customers properly. Service is slow too. THE SODA IS USUALLY FLAT. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THISLOCATION. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. IN FACT I HIGHLY DOUBT I WILL EVER EAT AT BOSTON MARKET AGAIN. Read more

This review is simply about the restaurant itself and not a review of the quality of the food. While at the restaurant, I had... to use the bathroom. As I started walking down the hallway to the bathrooms, there was an overwhelming smell of sewage. When Iwalked into the women?s bathroom I could not breathe, the stench of sewage was so overwhelming. There were two stalls in thebathroom, the one on left had no toilet. In place of a toilet, there was a bunch of towels shoved into the hole in the floorwhere the toilet should be. Then in the same stall there were towels and plastic that seemed to be there to try and deal w themess. In all my 45 years of life, I have never experienced a public bathroom that smelled so awful. Not only should this bereported, it is a violation of standards of care and the restaurant should be closed until the bathroom issue is resolved. Myonly regret is not taking pictures of the bathroom to post. This is completely unacceptable in any public service business, butespecially in a restaurant. Read more
