I am only giving this store a 2 star because i really enjoyed the wings. I ordered from doordash its just wings and it comes... from this establishment. I have never had an issue in the past about my orders and i order from here pretty often. The past 2times a lady has answered the phone and was completely rude to me about my request, where as i said in the past i have never hadan issue. This recent time threw me over because a second after i hit place order i called for my request because on the app ithas no place for my to customize. And as soon as i called they said my order was done already? How could it be done when iordered it 2 seconds prior. So I continued to explain how it should not be done i just sent it in and she hung up on me. Icalled back they answered and hung up again. I called for a third time and they purposely did not answer the phone. I have neverhad an issue with them till recently about this. When i finally got my mom to call and ask, a man answered and told me my orderwas picked up. Again i have the doordash app and it says it is still being prepared i don?t even have a driver. They are justfinding excuses to please a customer with a request. I explained to him how i was treated and what have happened & he seemedlike he didn?t care. I work in food industry i have done every department & i know this is not how you treat a customerespecially someone who often gives you business. I know i didn?t do anything wrong just had a simple request that i was willingto pay extra for. Now i am scared to even eat my food because of how nasty they treated me over the phone. Read more
I'm not sure why I don't come here more often. The food is always delicious and I like that it is never overcrowded. Service is... typically good as well. My go to is always southwestern eggrolls and their original chicken fingers with honey mustard... theirCorn is awesome too! Read more
Absolutely awful experience. Cocktails were dreadful and overly sweet. Nacho appetizer was unappealing and tasteless. Didn't... even eat entrée because my chicken was overcooked and the vegetables were raw after waiting an additional 10 minutes for mymeal compared to the others at my table. Staff unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will never go to this location again. Chili'shas gone downhill. Read more
The food was delicious fresh guacamole and flavorful food. The only thing is the Waiter forgot my Bean but great service.
This location is a hit or miss type of place been here a few times Placing online orders: I don?t understand why you have... curbside as an option if we are expected to wait after checking in for 10-15mins while my food sits getting cold on the shelf.You always end up just walking in , hence why I don?t tip when doing mobile orders. Dinning in: some servers are better thanothers. Bathroom is dirty! Watch out for your bill I noticed many times when you order 3 for me they try to charge you regularand when you order a kids dessert for your child they try to charge you more for the advertising price on the kids menu for amini lava cake. Alway wanted to go try the food and i would say it did not disappoint me. They had good food and service was fast. I went for... lunch with my hubsand and we had a great time. I like there per fix menu and it is very resonable. Our waitress Harley wasgreat. Very friendly and quick. Definately will go again. Read more
Haven't been to Chili's in a couple of years. I had the beef, chicken and shrimp fajitas. Everything was delicious. My wife had... the chicken quesadillas. Also very good. The best part of dinner, was the dessert. The molten lava chocolate cake wasamazing! Chocolate cake served hot and topped with vanilla ice cream and hardened chocolate. Dinner was served quickly and theserver kept checking back with us. Prices were reasonable and the restaurant was very clean. Read more
Not a chain restaurant person, however, we recently dined at this one. We both ordered burgers, the mushroom burger which isn?t... shown (no picture taken as it looked exactly as my burger), while I ordered the old timers with cheese. My burger was delicious,but the mushroom burger was extremely greasy, either from, maybe, the sautéed mushrooms along with the Swiss cheese ???????. Wehad the bottomless chips with salsa as an appetizer which was pretty good. The salsa was flavorful but lacked any spiciness andthat was a big disappointment to both of us. My wife, however, loved that it was puréed as she has a dislike for chunks ofonions and peppers. The chips appeared to fried in house and were very good. The knock was the fries that accompanied ourburgers, both of our orders had cold fries which is is an absolute no no and thus the so so rating. Everyone loves hot andcrispy fries with their burger, no? This wasn?t the case and was very disappointing to say the least.
