I think Dunkin can give you everything you want, unless you have the more selective taste for their competitor. The black coffee... is fine and they add what you prefer and according to amount that suits you. Their ice coffees offer more options, and theyconstantly bring out new tastes to test with their fruit drinks. The donuts should not be changed, they're a part of Americanaand everyone's occasional guilty pleasure. ???? They have muffins and pastries that are just as well prepared as the donuts. Ithink their sandwiches, with the avocado toast, the grilled cheese and ham, etc., are far superior in quality and taste to whatyou get from the fossilized drive-thru chains. Read more
I did a mobile order, they screwed it up. Put more ice when I asked for less, then to rectify it, they removed the extra ice and... added milk instead of coffee which screwed the whole ratio of my drink! Never back again. Read more
Wow, they gave my mobile order to the wrong person and then refused to make a new one for me when I got there. My mind is blown.... If they can?t afford to lose a couple of bucks because they made a mistake then just imagine what corners they may be forced tocut in the kitchen if things are that tight. You will not get what you order? I ordered a large hot caramel macchiato with almond milk and extra caramel and espresso. Had to... repeat myself several times.
