The service at this place since it changed management has been awful. I went in for hot coffee and was served lukewarm, on a... cold day with little to no milk, and no sugar. He had to go to the back to get milk...why??? That was never the case at thislocation. God knows what he did to the coffee! I had to ask him to heat it up and he microwaved it for me. How awful isthat!!!! I would not step here ever again. Change the employee and have someone who knows what they are doing behind thecounter. You are running a business, not your own local business. DnD, unload this franchise if they don't have their acttogether. Terrible experience! I'll take my business to a Starbucks instead. Read more

The older lady taking my order saw me at the cash register waiting to order then proceeded to ignore me and go wipe down a... counter for a few seconds. After finally taking my order she talked really fast with a heavy accent on purpose instead oftaking her time and being cordial. The customer service at this location was absolutely infuriating! Why hire an employee that seems to hate people! The man at the... register (Steve) was so rude, impatient and annoyed that I asked a question about the item I was ordering! Everyone is entitledto a bad day but leave it at the door dude! Smh came through the drive through Monday morning give the lady my card I get the text that my cards been charged $9. She tells... her manager that she left it in the machine and it didn?t go through. I try telling her it did but after trying to show her thebalance, she just kept telling me it was an error. Waited a couple days incase it took a a little for the ?refund?. Stillshowing that both transaction went through with no problem.
