I went into this location and I love Dunkin coffee and this had nothing to do with the coffee. At this location which was... properly staffed no one came to wait on me there were 4 visible employees 2 of them were clearly on there phones the other 2were working after asking to be waited on by one of the harder working one and paying she informed me that they ran out ofcoffee and I would hav to wait even longer. How about if the 2 slackers did their jobs or did anything to help the other 2employees who were actually working. I will never go back to this location and I will tell everyone that I know to never go tothis location. Read more
Absolute worst dunkin. Service is horrible, they simply cannot function efficiently. Second, WHEN PEOPLE ASK FOR DECAF ITS FOR A... DAMN REASON!! YOU CAN CAUSE HEALTH COMPLICATIONS GIVING REGULAR TO THOSE WHO ASK FOR DECAF. Also, dont charge extra for coconutmilk and put a half a squirt in there. Feel free to drop by if you want to be accused of trespassing. Dropped by at 9:45 on 09/30 for coffee. Young lady tells us at... 10:00 and we politely say sure we don?t want you to be closing late and step outside in the parking lot to finish the coffee.Two squad cars roll in and talk to the employees and come to tell us we are trespassing and we have to leave or will be chargedfor trespassing. We are in shock as the employees did not have the common sense to tell them the two gentleman who had arguedwith them had already left. Guess never wondering into this establishment ever again. Great service. I had an issue with my app changing pickup time for my order. I called as soon as I hit submit and got a women... who assured me she would leave a note on my receipt. The next morning I called to confirm my very large order. It was made readyand waiting by the time I arrived. The nice gentlemen helped me carry all of the food to the car. He took such good care. Thestaff were friendly and so kind. 10/10 for me!!!! They totally saved my meeting! Read more

Worst customer service. I wanted to buy a cake and they refuse to write the name on the cake. This is after I waited 6 minutes... for them to stop having their personal conversation and ring me up. Another customer wanted ice cream and no one wanted toserved him the ice cream. As all the employees were more busy standing at the register watching one of their coworkers refusedto write the name on the cake. Although, the manager informed him over the phone to write the name on the cake, the employeestill refused and didn?t try once to write the name. Horrible service Read more
