Not a great example of a Moe's. Food seems to typically look older and not fresh, like it's been sitting for a long time. The... pinto beans the last two times looked unappetizing. Things like chips and salsa are usually running low. Place is rarely cleaneither. Will never forget when I paid with Samsung Pay once, the manager heard and kept carrying on loudly the whole time wewere eating "Samsung Pay? What is Samsung Pay? We don't take no damn Samsung Pay." Was so uncomfortable listening to a managerof a store openly talk trash about a customer because he didn't understand that Samsung Pay is still using my Visa card, it'sjust instead of swiping the plastic card. Ordered on their website lunch and they used Door Dash to deliver my food. The name on the bag was correct but the food inside... the bag was all wrong. They packed somebody else's order. I order lunch for two people and the order I received for someone elsewas only for 1 person. I called Moe's and was told I had to go there myself to get the correct order. I went there on my lunchbreak and when I asked for a refund on the service fees, convenience fee and driver's tip, the employee looked at me like I hadtwo heads. Didn't have time to argue, since I had to get back to work. I spent over $15 to have an incorrect order delivered tome and had to use my own gas and time to pick up the correct order. Read more
OMG this place is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!! The staff is oblivious to anything & everything going on. They legit give maybe 10-12... chips in the bag per burrito. Soda machine is constantly empty & needing to be changed. It?s not as well managed on the weekendsas it is during the week. Basically anything goes in there on the weekends. This was our second time to this one in 3 Weeks. 1st time was great, staff was very welcoming and understood allergies. The ... second time, well they were not friendly, didn't understand allergies and would not accommodate my allergies. Very frustratinghow different our visits were. Will not go back again, I ended up sick (all because she wouldn't grab guacamole without cheesefallen in it, said "we moved the cheese away from the guac and your fine" ) If ya don't like you job, go somewhere else and ifya don't understand allergies maybe ya shouldn't work in a restaurant and learn manners. Absolutely the worst Moe?s in the area! Ordered online, app said ready at 7:16 go in see my food sitting on the counter ask the... girl if that?s my food she says no then proceeded to put in a bag and give to me. It sat on the counter for 15 min. I paid extrafor bacon, no bacon in my order. Asked for grilled onions, nope nothing! Garbage inside overflowing nothing stocked in salsabar. 4.99 for a cup of quest and it?s not even in a moes cup it?s in a tiny styrofoam cup. This place is pathetic!!! Read more
We love moes food. First time to this location. They follow covid protocols .. nice parking facilities. Right on route 18... we... had rice and bean and quesadillas.... it was just awesome ! Service was good . Nice and quick ! We also had chips and salsa.Was nice and spicy. Overall a good experience !! Read more
I?ve been here a few times. The food is very consistent. I like that there are many options as that there is a lot of... customization available. I typically get a chicken salad but I saw some people walk by with nachos and I?m definitely gettingthem the next time I come. There are always people here, but it?s never packed. Getting a meal is affordable. Read more
Always friendly. Always fast. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with "Welcome to Moe's". I have to laugh because every time... I hear at, it sounds like they're saying "We're closed". Read more
