It is my first and last time visiting this location. I am new to popeyes and this is only my second time ordering their food. I... already know this location is not a good one. My fries were cold, biscuit was very hard and my chicken was so small. The managermade the whole experience worst by aggressively trying to prove I was mistaken by the things I was pointing out in my order thatwere not up to par. I paid more for this meal even though it is the same meal I had ordered from another popeyes. This locationis not worth it to me! Read more
The service was good. The management at this store is toxic. I witnessed an employee being cut off in-front of customers from a... manager while he was placing an order for a customer. The guy who was placing the orders was really nice. You could tell Englishis not his primary language so guidance was needed however this managers approach is disgusting. Not for me. Read more
Prices are higher than typical Popeyes. I used to frequent this location as a local but never again.. terrible owners whi don't... care for their stores or staff; while constantly cutting corners to penny pinch rather than be concerned with any level ofcustomer satisfaction. This one of my least favorite Popeyes restaurant. It is combined with a Burger King. There is very little seating between the... two restaurants and it is very small inside. Some of the staff members can be very rude with customers, although I have notpersonally had that problem. However. I have seen other customers treated poorly. Unfortunately, this is the closest Popeyes tome. I enjoy the chicken here and come to this restaurant only when I'm in the area. It is conveniently located on Route 18nearby many other stores and businesses. The dining area is relatively clean and there is plenty of parking. This restaurantalso offers a drive thru. Read more
Popeyes is easily my favorite restaurant or fast food chain because they always have the food ready quick and they also have... competitive prices. The biggest thing for me is the quality and taste of the food and it's by far better than many of the otherfast food chains that are nearby. I go here all the time and I would love to go there whenever I'm hungry. Read more
First time here.. loved the service .. friendly people at the counter . Fries was ok but chicken wasn?t hot or fresh . ... Biscuits didn?t look fresh also .. tasted good but could have been more hotter like a few other locations that I have had before. Lots of space to sit and nice locality .
