Truly horrific waiting times. At all times. Avoid at all costs. They get orders wrong too. And don't waste time ordering online... thinking you'll save time. They aren't even aware of the order. I have a dairy allergy and can?t eat much of anything. It?s almost impossible to find food I can eat. Tacos are always great,... even without the cheese. Just add lettuce and tomato to the meat. It?s always good in a pinch and everybody loves tacos! Read more
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This location has been going downhill for awhile now. It doesn't matter if you go through drive through,... attempt to order in the store, or order online, you will be waiting a half hour or more. This past time it took over 45 minutesfor a basic order. They are completely unorganized, you have to lean in and actively request help because they otherwise ignoreyou, and they barely put any fillings in anything you order. This is the worst Taco Bell I?ve been to. The parking lot is atrocious. Only one entrance and exit so when I got to the drive... thru I was basically stuck there. With a half dozen cars in front of me I decided to wait the half hour before my order. I toldthe person I wanted bean, no beef in my order. They gave me nothing just vegetables and sour cream in my crunch wrap. Disgustedby it I tried to leave the location but honestly was even more disgusted at how the parking lot is. This place needs to relocateor renovate. Not sure about the staff, people can make mistakes but the engineers need to fix the parking lot and entrance/exitways. Read more
Usually slow and understaffed.. not the employees fault really if they never have enough people working. But today it is so cold... inside I can literally see my breath. No exaggeration. It's 90 degrees on an August summer day and it's so cold in here that Ican see my breath..... Maybe. Just maybe. You could stop wasting energy and money on unnecessarily cold air conditioning andjust hire more people. Crazy idea I know. Read more
Im not one to write reviews. I?ve never written one. However, this is this Taco Bell?s 3rd time messing up my order. They gave... me a completely different order than what I ordered. I arrived and was the only person at the drive through. Instead of taking my order I was asked twice to please wait. Not a huge... deal but considering I had to wait over 10 min I got slightly frustrated. Then I finally made my order, pulled up and paid. Fromthere I then had to wait an additional 15 min for my actual food. That?d be one thing if there was a line, but with NO line towait almost half an hour is completely unacceptable. 1 Star (food is average taco bell quality) because I ordered way ahead of time on the website for pick up later this same night.... I get the notification my order is ready and I drive out to get my food. I arrive a little later than originally anticipated dueto work keeping me late. I get there and no one is there to say hello to me at the counter. No one asks me what I'm there for. Ihave to just yell into the void and hope for a response. The guy who helps me asks my name. I give it to him and show him myreceipt and he tells me my order is not in the system. I push back and show him again and he gets someone else to either startmaking it again or what have you. Someone else finally shows up to the counter 10 min later, and asks me who I'm picking up forand he finds my order in 30 seconds, buried underneath the others. Awful service, and it's freezing cold in the restaurant so myfood was already way cold after I had to wait for no good reason to get it. On top of that, they forgot to even give me my tacoI ordered! If I checked the box there I would have demanded it or ask for a refund. You can't just expect me to wait for nothingand then don't' even give me my entire order. What's the point of ordering online if you're not going to be given faster or atleast good service? This place is ALWAYS busy, the drive through frequently goes out into the street. It's insane, and Iunderstand, but I ordered online to pick up to avoid the wait and have no issues, and here I am, having issues. Veryfrustrating. Not coming back to this taco bell again.
