Used to come here regularly, but based on my last few visit I'm going to need to rethink that. Today I waited about 5 mintes at... the speaker being told "just a minute" by the order taker. I was about to leave when they took my order only to wait again atthe second window because they gave me the wrong drink. They even took the old drink back and had it by the window like theywere still planning on giving it out to someone else. Last week I had a grilled chicken sandwich that was so inedible I threwit out. I didn't have time to complain. And before that it was a salad that was half brown. So I mean you know what Wendy's is LOL if you don't this review will not be helpful. I will say that comparing it to McDonald's... or Burger King this seems to be the most fresh experience oh, I hesitate to say it feels like it's better food for you. Anyway Ireally like Wendy's and overall I've had good experiences at each of them. I would say that I use the drive-thru at least halfthe time I visit Wendy's and this was one of those times. One complaint I have to make for T-Mobile users is that using yourT-Mobile Tuesday special on the Wendy's app can sometimes be frustrating. This happens to me at Burger King as well. And I blamethe apps. The manager has no ability to override them so if you fail even slightly your discount will not be happening. Myexperience was that I went to the T-Mobile app and copy the code for my discount. I went to the wedding. And immediately put thecode in. I could not see any icons for adding food, so I figured I would just hit the home button and start ordering. Soon afterI realized that doing this caused the coupon to disconnect from my order. No big deal right you just put the code back in, nope!Because you can only use the code once. It would not let me read input the code and therefore I lost my discount. I mean sure itwas only a free fries but it was the reason that I was considering going out of my way for Wendy's LOL yes I got food anyway yesit was fine. But this is really a frustrating thing that is supposed to be a benefit. I like this wendy as the service is quick and the food i fresh made. It is better then other fast food places. I love the spicy... chicken sandwich and the spicy nuggets. Their salads are yummy too specially the strawberry one. The associates are polite. Read more
I'm not reviewing the menu, since it is part of the chain, and the menu is uniform throughout the franchise. Crew was efficient,... my order was taken promptly and accurately. Spicy Buffalo salad was premade (obviously) but greens were not wilted and chickenwas warm - as it suppose to be. Most people were ordering takeout so restaurant wasn't crowded. Tables were clean, and I didn'tnotice any debris on the floor. Facilities were clean. One, pleasant surprise - when I ordered frosty, I was offered birthdaycake flavor - nice break from usual "vanilla or chocolate" Overall pleasant experience in national chain. Read more
