Yeah, I ordered online. My order was ready at 9:11 pm and I didn?t get it until 9:41. It was absolutely ridiculous. They didn?t... have the drink and the manager didn?t even offer alternatives. The pizza was cold by the time the found my order. They didn?teven ask for the order number. I don?t really mess with the idea of professionalism, but the customer service was actually bad.I would not recommend. And the drive up contactless delivery? Forget it. Waited in my car ten minutes and no one ever evenchecked to see. I tapped the ?Ive arrived? button and ten minutes went by. After I got the text my food was ready. Last night 7-15-21 I ordered a pizza for delivery and there was a mix up. Today I called and spoke to Aaron the manager and he... was very professional and polite. He stated he would have the pizza remade and delivered. No fuss, no questions, no issues.. Iwork in customer service and this was the exact solution I would have provided to any of my customers. I was appalled by the service I received. My driver came to the door he was tipped after going to the vehicle for change. He... informed me the owner was in once I shared with him the details of my pizza. Which was under cooked and very little sausage. Ispent $22.00 to avoid a DUI. I also haven't had Papajohns in over a decade. I contacted the owner he said he'd send anotherPizza. It arrived in the corner of the box undercooked. I was mortified.
