To start, never placed my order from the app. Of course they said it was the apps fault. Asked for a refund, was told the... manager has to give the refund. Waited for over 20 minutes for the manager to show up and then to be told they can't give outrefunds. Questions, why wasn't I told a refund is not part of their policy instead of waiting for 20 minutes to be told by themanager, who drove to the store. So, the manager on payroll is out and about instead of handling and insuring all orders arebeing taken care of. And from that failure, I can't get a refund. Great policy Pizza Hut Read more
I wanted to say the food here was actually good, but it's overcooked to the point of being hard to finish. I had to call the... store too check the location because Google couldn't find it, but whoever answered the phone put me on hold, TWICE, just tonever pick up the call. A shame too, because Pizza Hut is normally one of my favorite pizza restaurants. Read more
I ordered a pizza on May15 for my mother and 2 other residents in McGregor nursing home and the young gentleman repeated my... order. I arrived and told the young man I was there to pick up a half sausage and half pepperoni pizza. The older gentleman toldhim to get the pizza out of the oven . It was not what I ordered and I called back they hung up so I called May 16 and she saidwell that is what is typed on the receipt. She never acknowledged her employee made a error. Please check your pizza beforeleaving. I told her I lived an hour away I dropped it off at the nursing home and left just to find out it was not what mymother wanted. ???? Read more
The restaurant delivery driver delivered my food and left it on the porch without notification. No phone call was made to alert... me of the food had been delivered. the app was never updated to show delivered it showed out for delivery and still shows this.the pizza must have been on the porch for hours. this is unacceptable, I would like a full refund for your company's neglect. Pizza Hut is the ONLY pizza I purchase. As a loyal member an a faithful patron, I wanted to support this location. To my... surprise, this location is in a urban neighborhood. If I could rate it a -2, I would. Its filthy and the customer service is acomplete joke. I ordered a ($35.97) carry-out online @ 4:58p.m. when I arrived 1.5 hr for my order, the staff stated that theygave my order away due to the two hour time limited per the stores policy. I shared the time stamped receipt/order and he wasnot willing to work with me. I was furious. I immediately contact corporate office to register a compliant. Read more
Good pizza but slow workers. Manager even gets orders wrong. Makes you wait to order and doesn't get order on made on time
Ordered a white sauce pizza, was really good, will definitely be ordering more food from this restaurant.
