Bad customer service and items missing from order was told to wait in front after waiting for fifteen minutes just said forget... it and pulled off. Not a great experience. Workers to busy socializing amongst themselves. Cashier was like the tin man no typeof customer service skills. Read more
Grubhub driver order was correct but a long wait for them to finish the order lost 2 orders waiting not sure I'll accept orders... from this place again. Read more
It was horrible, never even got our order taken, did not get recognized, others asked if anyone was working front counter, they... only took drive through, young lady looked at all of us twice in the lobby and finally after 15 minutes said we are shortstaffed. Take a car, rake a customer, take a car take a customer. One person went to the counter and was ignored. Read more
Ordered from here through Grubhub several times while staying at the Cleveland Clinic. Orders were always accurate but as per... usual with a fast food establishment they were not consistent. We ordered extra sauces on several items and sometimes we gotthem and sometimes they were skimpy. I would suggest ordering extra sauce on the side to ensure you get enough. Prices arehigher through Grubhub, but that too is to be expected. Overall happy with our experiences. Read more
Always check your bag for everything. The girl told me they were out of drinks, but I saw her get drinks for people behind me... .Then when I asked her if I had hot and mild sauce ,she said its in the bag. Problem was they gave me the wrong bag! Not thefirst time this has happened. Done with their horrible service! Read more
Trying to quickly visit, to be the 6th in line, with the workers rotation on smoke turns outside the main door. The man gets... locked out and has to knock on the window to get back inside. Not sure if that is allowed for the workers here, but not onlywere they smoking, they weren't wearing gloves and they were scratching their heads before and after opening doors and smoking. Read more
