Went here several times to buy sandwiches and pick up a few grocery items. The good: prepared food is decent and reasonably... priced, a good variety of groceries with very reasonable prices, the cashiers were nice/friendly, they carry alcohol. The bad:the people that work preparing food are total a-hole$ and super grumpy and unfriendly. I visited several times thinking thatmaybe they were having an off day the first time, but nope, they are always unfreindly. Given this is the Cape, I expect acertain amount of cranky-ness but they are down right nasty. I won't go back because of their attitude. If I'm spending myhard-earned money here, the least I expect is a little bit of thankfulness. Read more
Surprised by the lack of professionalism and convenience at a corner store. Cashier personal are routinely rude and uninspiring.
Great store on our visits. Never bought a sandwich from the shop inside, so I can't comment on that, but the usual 7-11 stuff... was great. Iced Latte's seem to be empty/missing from a lot of other 7-11's, but here they had all the flavors and were full.Store is big and roomy. Delicious sub shop onsite (people were calling an hour in advance to order), very crowded, no public restrooms.
Terrible customer service. I was threatened to have the cops called on me when I tried to buy sunflower seeds. My friends had... gone in to purchase alcohol, and she was fine with all their ids. She asked for mine and I obliged even though I was not gettingany alcohol. She began harassing me and repeating that she thought my id was fake. What made the situation worse was she refusedto scan it or look at the other various forms of identification I said I could provide including passport, verification card,permit, etc. This was very inappropriate, especially with several customers watching and asking why she would not scan my id. Evening crew, not to friendly. Products on shelf always low. Point system is not right I go to store in morning I Have10,000... points go after work have 7,900 without going to store all day.. Read more
The customer service I received was just fine. However, on all three of the subs I purchased the rolls were all stale. I find... that the small ones tend to be but, the large sub rolls tend to be fresher. Not sure why this is. Read more
The hours for this 7/11 are advertised as 24/7. However I went there the other night and they were closed by 10pm, and tonight,... Saturday they were close at 11:55pm. There were people in the store, but the doors were locked. When I called the store to findout the hours of operation, I visibly saw the person working ignore the call, pick up the phone, and hang up. Extremelyfrustrating and accurate business hours should be updated. Read more
