Only giving 2 stars due to the 3 YOUNGER female staff members actually working and trying to greet customers and take/complete... orders. The OLDER male manager is outside with his girlfriend/wife and another older female employee is outside smoking. Allwhile there is a line to the door but I'm sure the staff actually working will get yelled at for that. Read more
Came for a quick bite Friday night. They were "out of roast beef" and gyro meat. My child likes pizza sliders, which they... didn't have. Some of us got the turkey sandwich which was ok. My other child ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich but was friedso hard, it was like fibrous strings and looked unedible. They were also out of bronco berry sauce. The restaurant was entirelysmoky from maybe burning something before we came in. Cashier was pleasant and times are rough with short staff, etc., but itwas generally an disappointing experience. The poor girl was young running the window the dine ins as well as trying to keep it together. We waited over 30 min. For fast... food. While this poor girl and 1 boy making sandwiches. After we waited and watched this girl who truly needs a bonus due tolack of management getting killed as well as your business. Then pops out these 2 or 3 other employees actually come and help. Ispoke to the manager. She said she was busy in the office and didn't know. That is her job to know. I am 42 and have been in theindustry my whole life including culinary degree. This was last Saturday early afternoon. Thank you to the young lady thatshould have walked out the door. I almost went back to help her I felt so bad. If the manager you hire can't work along side ofyour employees they should NOT have that position. Read more
So glad to able to "dine in" at the restaurants. Unfortunately, it is so aggravating to go to a restaurant, walk in, order... food, then there are very few places to sit and eat because of dirty tables. If the place was buzzing with diners, that would beone thing, but we are the only folks, dining in, and the employees are all behind the counter having fun, it makes me quiteaggravated. Read more
I love Arby's chicken tenders, seasoned curly fries, and their mozzarella sticks. They also have an absolutely amazing Tangy BBQ... dipping sauce - definitely try it out. The store is clean, and the service is good. 5/5 will buy again! Read more
Food wasn't that great. Prices are way to high. Eating area wasn't clean. The workers are literally right outside the door... hanging out and smoking and all that cigarette smell floats into the restaurant. Hair in our sandwich. Employees arguingloudly. not a good experience ???? Read more
